This is one the most ridiculous things I have came across in my life!-These people ought to be arrested and charged for these fraudulent things they are doing. They are ripping off people. They advertised free trial-just pay shipping and handling which was suppose to be a mere $3.95 instead they charge my credit card for over $89.00. This is insane-I have not even recieved the product for which they were advertising. I was charged for something I have not even recieved also. This is insane I tell you-I am so ENRAGED by this its unbelievable. They even advertise their website is secure for using your crdit card-secure I bet for tking/charging your account for whatever they feel like. If I ever find these people I'll be taking them to court-I'm not giving up on this one so easily. I had to close off my credit card because of them and have fraud detection go through my entire credit history because of this. This is ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL...

I totally agree. I ordered the trial sample of colon cure on the 10th of March. I didn't get it until the 20th, and they charged my account on the 20th. How was I to try the product. The only good thing is I lost my debit card and they cant get to my account. The skunks!

This is definitely a fraudulant scheme. I would like to see if their colon cleansing product works. If so, we could gather a leigon of disgruntled folks and ship the by-products of their colon cleanser to their fake corporate offices. But seriously, I have been warned about not ordering off the net. Some companies are legitimate, but I have read so many complaints about this NU-BODY to know I have been ripped a new one for 89.99

You can add me to the long list. I agreed to the 3.95 shipping fee for a free bottle of colon cleanser. Company charged 89.31 to my credit card without my permission. Called them and was on hold for 25 minutes. When they finally answered, they refused to refund my credit card. I demanded a manager, and was put thru to "Skylar" who is a poor excuse for a supervisor. He hung up on me when I asked that future shipments be cancelled. He was laughing about all the complaints on the Internet about his own company - said he thought they were all funny. I called my credit card company and am disputing the charge. Since the credit card company could not guarantee that future charges from this company would not come through, I cancelled the credit card. I am filing complaints with the BBB in Nevada and Utah, as well as the attorney generals office. They are nothing but scam artists.

The same thing happened to me. I paid 3.95 for shipping cost. I
never got the product until 15 days later and then the same day I got the product I had another 89.31 charge to my credit card. They said to bad. I can not get a refund. This is a BIG RIP-OFF. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

This company is a scam. I have never received the trial which I paid authorized $3.95. My bank account was drafted for 89.31 (I did not authorize) before I received the trial.

I spoke to CSR-Jackie who adv me that package was shipped on yesterday. Once I received it send it back, which I am responsible for shipping, call back give tracking# and they will refund money.

Supposedly some package was shipped, you never got it, and supposedly another package was shipped. All you have seen so far is the charges.

If you don't get their "shipment" in, say, 5 days, be prepared to dispute the unauthorized charges in writing thru your bank, and close your account to prevent additional charges.

In any case, if you do follow their "return policy", watch out for whether they now claim you can't return it, for whatever reason, or for if you do return it, they never get it, or never actually send a refund. They might even pile on another "shipment", with another charge.

I got surprised with an $89.31 charge on my bank card for something I do not want. I agreed to pay the $3.95 for the "free" trail bottle. That one bottle of 15 is all I received and if I receive anything else I'm refusing the delivery. I've taken all of the complaints listed here to my bank and let them know what has happened. This company MUST be stopped! I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford unauthorized charges.

I also wanted a free trial. Got that but then 89 dollars charge on my credit card, soon after free trial arrived ! I was shocked. Then I got package, one bottle of pills they billed me for and because of outrageous price, I did not even opened a package and sent it back. But I should have kept it instead. They do not want to give me refund, they said it is not refundable! So I wasted 89 dollars for nothing. I told them not to dare to charge me another 89 dollars ever again. I sure hope they will not dare or I will have to get a lawyer to fight them.
One can get similar pills for colon clensing at Walmart for about 7 dollars! No need to spend 89 dollars. That sure is a rip off a big time!
Even Health Direct charges only 29 dollars for Sculpt and Cleanse, good product. This Colon Cure from NuBodi is overpriced way too much. Nobody should pay that much and they they would be run out of business.

I have been trying to cancel this. but to no avail. been trying to call but all i get is a fax line? This has been going on for 2 months now this is the second time i was charged for this at 89.95. I was charged in march of 89.95 and sent the product back "return to sender" as soon as i was charged 89.95. Then i was charged another 89.95 in April and did not receive the product!

The little jerk supervisor I spoke Mike, told me that they have no reimbursement policy. I told him that I never consented to the additional orders. There was a tiny slip of paper in my intial package that said that I had 15 days to contact them in order to cancel any future transactions; in that time their phone lines were down. I trie EVERY day. The little twurp was so bold as to tell me that IT WASN'T his fault that they were not working!I told him indeed it was since that was within the time constraints of cancellation! I want to look about a class action suit! Who's in?

I received my bank statement today and IP NuBodi had a $89.31 amount which overdrew my account, along with a $23.50 over draft charge. Whatever I signed up for, I don't want it anymore, didn"t realize this was going to happen. I want to see a credit for $89.31 on my bank statement next week. I will be in touch with you on Monday and it better be taken care of.

If you go to your bank you should be able to file a dispute on this charge. Your bank will help. You also need to cancel try to get a fax number and leave a copy at your bank. I have had this happen before so I am changing my entire account info. I have direct deposit so it sucks but I can't afford 91.99 to go to waste. And by the way the free 100.00 dollar sample did not work. Good luck to all. Oh yeah I called my local news and they are investigating. Would be nice to see on the news to warn people. I had a similar problem with time life. I changed my debit card and they still were able to keep deducting money from my account.

I tried a "free trial" for a diet product and after receiving the sample, seven days later my checking acct. was debited $89. When I called to inform them I didn't want or like the product, they told me there would be no refund, whether I returned the product or not. This is not good business! It is no more than an organized scam to steal money and act in bad faith.

Ordered trial offer of colon cleanser from this company. Received trial offer took a couple of the pills, but pills did not work. The trial bottle read "Colon Cure", no address, but with phone number [protected]. Friday noticed on-line checking account had been charged $89.31, Pardym/Green Tea 1000, with telephone number [protected].

Tried to call number Friday, but answering machine said would not be opened until Monday. Called Monday and was placed on hold for at least 20 minutes then spoke to a male called Jason. He looked up my name and address and said I had received a trial offer for the colon cleanser and did not cancel the order to be billed monthly for $89.31. When I told him I did not want another order he said I had already been charged and too bad.

I asked to speak to his supervisor . When the male supervisor answered he was asked what company this was (no company name was given when answering phone). He reported it was SWM Nubodi. I went through the whole senario again (about not wanting any more colon cleanser) and that if already mailed I would send it back. The supervisor said it could not be sent back, but he would cancel further monthly shipments and charges. I asked to speak to someone higher than him and he said there was no one else and there was not another number for me to call.

Since then I have been informed another person, who cancelled their order has been charged for 3 straight months after being told it was cancelled. I do not know what to do to get my money back and prevent further charges.

I do wish to stop this SCAM before anyone else gets taken advantage of...The 801 area code is for Utah.

I, too, ordered the "free" sample for $3.95 S&H only. I got the sample but haven't tried yet. Then about 2-3 weeks later, I got another package in the mail with a month's supply. I don't recall the web site saying anything about signing up for auto ship. Started checking my credit card to see if I got charged. Since it was in between statements, I checked on line for "current activity" and there it was, about 10 days earlier, I was charged $89.31! I called the number to return and get credit. After holding for quite a while (and all the time looking the site up on the internet to see what I could find and saw all these other complaints!) a gentleman does come on the phone and asked if I was cancelling and I said yes, but I didn't know I had signed up for anything! He said when you got the free sample, there was a check to receive automatic shipments. I said, what? I don't recall seeing that! I'm always very careful, so it must have been some little tiny out of the way place! Anyway, he said he would cancel and I said you want me to ship these back and he said no, they had a no return/no money back policy and I was like what? So, I guess I'll have to go through my credit card to see if I can debate the charge! What a hassle, why do I every order anything like this? Anyone know anything else that can be done to people like this to get them to stop!

I purchased a sample order of green tea pills. The Company "NUBODI" charged my credit card $3.95 S&S.
I never received the samples.
14 days later this scam company charged my credit card account an additional charge of $89.31 I made several attempts to call this company and they never answer the phone. I was on hold for approx. 1 hour each time. Obviously This company is a total scam.

I 'bought' the trial offer like every other person here, later after trying the product(which is highly suspect itself-just a few herbs), I received a bank statement that my account had been debited 89.31 or Ninety Dollars! Without my permission, but then again the TERMS aren't on the web-site easily to be seen, so buyer beware! Now when I called the 'company' they said return the box unopened and they will reverse charges. I am still waiting for this so-called product.

WAMU-Washington Mutual put in a dispute claim, but that doesn't necessarily mean that I will get my money back. The whole incident really bothers me, and I complained to the BBB of Las Vegas and the AG. I am sure that this com pay is making a lot of money, it only takes the trial offer for them to work their NUBODI magic.

The advertising for a free sample is misleading, they charged shipping and handling so they can get a credit card number, so they can ship you poduct, and charge your card. Make sure you read all the fine print, and terms, because nothing can be returned, and you will be out the money.

We see the messages. Nubodi is going down. the warannts are gone & Nubodi STILL make idle threats toward hjim. I think they show by continuing to insult an ex employee just how immature they are. here are some facts!

1. fact. the operations manage was dishorably discharged from the navy.

2. fact. the company was fines heavily by the state of utah.

3. fact. the compay wont even deliver to utah due to this.

4. fact. the call center manage is being charges w/ harasment.

5. fact. even thier own employe belittles this company!

Decide for yourself.

Well, I just got off the phone for the 3rd time(15 plus minute hold time) regarding a free trial of the Colon Cure and I was NOT lucky at all. On March 2008, i ordered the free trial. On March 27th I was charged $89.31, before the trial even arrived. When I called to inquire about this and why my account had already been charged before the trial arrived, I requested my account be canceled and money refunded. I was told my money would not be refunded until the product was returned. I returned my unopened, marked return to sender as soon as I got off the phone. It is now May 13th. I don't have the refund and called today for the 3rd time. This time I asked for a manager and I was transferred to "Jason" who claims that I didn't follow the terms and conditions of returning the product with a tracking number. I was NEVER asked for a tracking number and he claims that it's in "cindy's notes" about the phone call on 3/31, that she did ask me to return a phone call with the tracking number. He refused to give me the refund and stated that they cannot track the return because as soon as it's received in the warehouse, it's put in the garbage can. However, "my original package will be returned to me if it's only marked return to sender..." which is it? just caught him in a lie... He then proceeded to hang he phone up on me. I think that any company that would put an irreversible charge on your account before you could even try the "free" trial product, is guilty of consumer fraud. I cancelled the account and contacted my bank. I'm now writing this and will be contacting the BBB about them, as well.

I myself have just been scammed. I just reviewed my bank statement online and found a $89.31 charge on HOLD for posting. I called my bank in hopes to stop transaction before they posted and no such luck. I now have to proceed with the dispute. And the only cleanse I am getting is out of my bank account.

OK "CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER" YOUR SO CONFIDENT WITH THIS NUBODI COMPANY WHY NOT SIGN OFF WITH YOUR NAME! YOUR COMPANY IS A FRAUD REGARDLESS OF ALL THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. YOU ADMITTED THAT THIS COMPANY WAS SET UP TO STEAL FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS BY STATING THAT NO TERMS OR POLICIES WERE POSTED TO BEGIN WITH. THE BBB HAD TO ADDRESS THAT FACT TO YOU AFTER NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WERE FILED ABOUT THE COMPANY.
