This is one the most ridiculous things I have came across in my life!-These people ought to be arrested and charged for these fraudulent things they are doing. They are ripping off people. They advertised free trial-just pay shipping and handling which was suppose to be a mere $3.95 instead they charge my credit card for over $89.00. This is insane-I have not even recieved the product for which they were advertising. I was charged for something I have not even recieved also. This is insane I tell you-I am so ENRAGED by this its unbelievable. They even advertise their website is secure for using your crdit card-secure I bet for tking/charging your account for whatever they feel like. If I ever find these people I'll be taking them to court-I'm not giving up on this one so easily. I had to close off my credit card because of them and have fraud detection go through my entire credit history because of this. This is ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL...

I ordered a trial bottle of colon cure from this company in April, I got the product and they charged me $3.98. Today, i checked my bank account and there is an extra charge for $89.31! What the hell?!?! I called them and they told me that I agreed to their terms, that I agreed to pay $89.31 if I didn't cancel with in 15 days of recieving the trial... They said I agreed to that on the website that it is in really big print, bigger than anything else on the page. I think I would have caught that if that were true! THEN, I come here and read that all you people have had the same problems... I can not afford to pay that much for something that I do not want! Enough to piss a person off!

I like all of you have been had all the same charges. I called and actually got a real person and he flat out told me that it was the 15th day that I was going to get charged regardless. I asked if I could return it and get a full refund and he said no. So I pretty much told him to cancel my account and do not want any future shipments from them anymore and other things that was inappropriate. I then called my bank to cancel my credit card so they could not charge it again in the future. I am also filing a dispute that I hope will go in my favor. But this serves a lesson that I should have read the fine print. Because after all of the drama I went to their website and it does say that you have 14 days to cancel or you will get charged. I am not by any means saying that they are right, they are a scam and in it for the money. I will take the advice that someone else left about the BBB though because this should not be happening to anyone.

I live in Florida less than 10 miles from where the headquarters are supposed to be. They scammed me too, never shipped the product then billed me 14 NOT 15 days later ON A SUNDAY 5/25 as in the DAY BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY ON A THREE DAY WEEKEND!
But, I have Bank Atlantic open & DAYS, to see in the morning and the Broward Sheriff's office. COMPLAINT FRAUD. Then a police cruiser will go by and check their address.
One GREAT THING ABOUT BROWARD COUNTY.
They sent THE LAST BROWARD SHERIFF TO JAIL ON CORRUPTION CHARGES.
We don't put up with this crap in Florida!

I have the habit of monitoring my bank balance once a day and yesterday a mysterious 89.31 charge appeared on my account from the checkcard use. I started checking and I find these complaints by using the search engine and logging SWM Nubodi.
I am glad that your site showed these similar legitimate complaints about illegitamate charges. It happened to me too a trial sample of Colon Cleanse was supposed to be absolutly free and only a shipping charge of $3.95. Nothing was said about any future charges for automatic ordering. Ihad the same trouble with Ensyte who did the same after sending a frree sample. A month later I get and bill for automatic order. I had the bank trace the charge and then I registered a complaint with the company service department. I got the charge refunded.
I am going to do the same thing here by having the bank start the trace for a phone #.

I ordered the trial size of the coloncure. 3.95 two weeks later 89.31 charged to my checking account. I had hone call few days after i ordered the trial size, wanting me to subscribe to some sort of coupons books 10.00 each, which could save hundreds of dollars on various items, i said no no i did not want anything but the 3.95 trial size. I was not told i would be charged the 89.31 i notice as i went back again after this charge and in order to order this and get to the information screen, you have to check the terms and policy. This is where they are getting poor people.this is a scam and something needs to be done soon. I called them and told them they better take me off their mailing list. they said product had shipped and could not return. I told them when it arrived at my door, it would be back on the way to them, i refuse it, i have went to my bank, for starting fraud application and to get my money back in my acct. I will get my atty. involved if need be. I am like many other poor people i live on social security and really don't like being taken advantage of. Especially when i ordered the trial size in good faith. I have talked with health food stores and my medical physician, they tell me this is no different than the coloncleanz you can buy here and 7.00 to 10.00 dollars for 2 months supply or more.

I hope this will help others to not venture out and purchase this product.

I have the same exact issues...I received an additional shipment from them, refused to accept it and sent it back. I have disputed the charge with my credit card but the credit card company is waiting for the credit to come back from Nubodi. I have been on hold several times and no one answers...I am fed up!

I too was the unfortuneate victim of another scam by this company. I was charged the $3.95 for the shipping only, then the trial sample, and then the $89.31 but no month's supply of the actual product. I still have the 1 bottle of the trial sample but no 1 mth's supply. I have called 2 x's now and they assure me it will come in 7-10 business days but nothing so far. I feel another phone call coming on! It's a shame when we live in country where the average person who wants to better their own
existence by becoming more healthy, and thereby more productive, can't depend on the country they pay taxes in to help filter out all the rip off companies that are allowed to do these things to the small person.

I ordered 1 bottle @ $3.95 and the company auto shipped me for $89.31 twice. Once from Las Vegas (white package) then from Ft Lauderdale ( canary package). Neither Colon Cure or NuBodi appeared on the shipping label so that I had to open the package to determine contents. They then refused to refund the charges. One of the bottles was broken in shipment and they still would not refund my card.

Do not buy this product.

This company also either uses in house or sells your info to 3rd parties who will have at minimum the last 4 digits of your Credit Card. This is a crooked scam. I am filing formal complaints.

ordered a sample of product for $3.95 shipping. about 10 days later, received 2nd. bottle and was charged $89.31. Both bottles were returned to sender unopened. Tried to call company several times, either got busy signal or recorded message. This Co. apparently is scamming people and getting rich because no money is refunded ! Beware of giving your Credit or Debit card info out on-line because of scam-artists like this. I have surely learned my lesson!

I ordered the product thinking I was getting something for nothing. I wish I would have gone with my gut instinct. I ordered the product for $3.95 to try out product. Well come to think of it I checked my online statement and nubodi debited my account 12 times $3.95. So I look up the reviews on the nubodi co. and my heart sank because there are so many complaints on nubodi.com. I had to go through the trouble of reporting unauthorized debits from my account with my bank, cancel my credit card, order another one new number and everything, blocked my account from future unauthorized debits and bank told me that if i see any more unauthorized debits to dispute it and to monitor my account daily. So the moral of the story look up reviews for the service or product you order online before ordering because its very important.

I just read the complaints board and wish I had read it sooner. I have experienced all of the same things everyone else has. I am out $178.62 and I have none of their product. I only tried the sample and did not see any results. As someone else stated, I didn't even have time to respond, before they had sent me a new shipment. I refused the package and the post office sent it back. I received another shipment on June 21st and I opened it before I realized it was from NUBODI. Had I known it was from them I would have refusef this package also. However, I called my bank and found out they had already billed my account for both shipments. I am in the process of shipping the product back to them, but I am now afraid that they may get the product and still not refund my money. I have tried all day to call, but as everyone else has said, I could not get through either. My bank is working with me to try and help me get my money back. Wish me luck, but most of all say a prayer for me, that always works better than luck. Also we need to pray for these people that they see how wrong they are..

After reading the comments posted here I contacted the company to cancel my recently placed order for trial product. True I was on hold for a while, but the customer service representative was polite and immediately canceled my order, providing a cancellation confirmation number. I sent a follow-up email to the customer service email address mentioned in other posts here. I will wait to see if any charges appear on my credit card statement and advise this forum.

I was a LUCKY one...I called within the 14 day period in order to tell them NOT to send any furhter product...however, their [protected] number is bogus! I cancelled my credit card IMMEDIATELY so the sorry SOBs only got $3.95 S&H! Thank God! I have called the Florida policed department who said they are sending a unit to the location and will return my call...my order came from FULLFILLMENT 4650 SW ST, Ste 711 Davie, Fl 33314. The bottle says "Colon Cure" Be careful because they also claim to sell Online Health products, Green Tea, Colon Aid, Green Tea 1000 and Green Tea Pill Power. I hope they serve a hot eternity in HELL!

I had problems with this company to order trial bottles and they were sent to me 18 days after order was placed. But they stand behind their 14 day trial period weather or not you receive the product to try it before the 14 days is up. So what I did I filed a complaint with the BBB of Florida and they are in the process of getting me my refund of 89.31

As directed by customer service agent Nate, I am informing you that I have canceled by entire order with him on 8/15/08 (confirmation # 716154). To complete the process, on 8/15/08, I sent all products to the above address in Davie, Florida. USPS tracking # [protected]. My doctor does not recommend I take any of this product because of my recent diagnosis (lupus).

Therefore, please credit my charge account for $ 89.31 charged 8/8/08 and $3.95 7/22/08. In addition, if you are a reputable company who stands by your "Hassle Free, Guaranteed" slogan, please follow through with this return credit and discard all my credit card information.

In addition, your customer service line states that calls are monitored for quality assurance yet I waited 59 min 10 sec for one hundred sixty nine callers (169) ahead of me before a live person responded only to be disconnected in the process when my turn arrived. So, I called again. This time I waited for 25 min (one hundred thirty six (136) callers ahead of me before a live person responded. I highly recommend that customer service be your priority and immediate improvement made.

I ordered a free trial of cleansing pills to be charge shipping and handling ($3.95) for a one time charge. Next thing I know is my checking account is over drawn because I have been charged ($89.31) for something called “your vip fit” with the atm w/d # 293338 and I don’t know what this is or why the money was taken out of my account. I have called several times and waited on the phone for over an hour to speak to someone only to be told the account was closedin 2007. What account i ask and if it was closed in 2007 why did this money come out of my account Aug 2008. One person gave me an employee # 66430 and said he would put in a request for my money to be returned and the cancel refund ref # is 696607. When I called back two other times because is has been almost 2 weeks and still no money I get two other employees with the #s 99926 and 99930 and they tell me there is no charge other than the $3.95. well I can assure you I would not wait on the phone over an hour 4 different times for $3.95. I need my $89.31 to go back into my account I work for a living and I don’t make that kind of money to just let this go.

The bank had this information:

August 8, 2008 ATM W/D $89.31 # 293338. Comment: YOUR VIP FIT, [protected]. I don’t know what this is, I don’t want it and I would appreciate the funds going back into my account. Thank you.
