OLX review: Cheated by Anil Kumar and my device not yet sold

Anil Kumar who called me as soon as I posted an ad on olx agreed to settle at buying the item at 2000/-. He said he is a soldier and orally told me that he will send a person to collect device in the morning and pay amount. However next day he backtracked and told me on phone that he will pay digitally via his Indian army and so his senior Lalit Kumar called and told me to pay 10/- to begin with on UPI and I got 20/- and he told me to pay pay pay... the next day another army Major called saying they wanted to pay back the amount debited from my side and so peculiarly I had to pay and then they would refund back. However that was not to be. Accordingly daily from 20 Sept till 27 September, 65 lakh rupees were paid by me to the army in neft rtgs imps and upi mode. So I want strict action against Anil Kumar. My mobile device which I marked as sold has not been sold yet. I demand compensation from olx for kind of mental and psychological harassment . I hope 70 lakh rupees be credited back to my account as soon as possible. Thank you
