We originally listed our property With Barb Flesher on Feb 22nd. We cancelled
our listing with Barbara Flesher on Mar. 11 / 2011. She was very rude and my
wife was really uncomfortable dealing with her, as she told us there was an
offer, but we never received any offers, after 2 and 1/2 weeks of almost daily
showings, and multiple showings with the same clients. Even when my wife was
feeling very ill, Barbara said ‘so what, we need to sell the house!’. On Mar
12th / 2011, I noticed that the listing sign on our property was gone, so I
assumed she cancelled the listing. She never once called me, texted me, or
emailed me confirmation that the listing would be cancelled, which is very
unprofessional. Today (Mar 22 / 2011), I saw a couple drive by the front and
back of our property. They said they saw the property on the internet and were
going to call the agent. I was shocked, and I checked online, and the listing
was still up over 11 days later. So, the fact that we did tell Barbara to cancel
the listing, and she never did, and never did contact us again since Mar 11 /
2011, shows misrepresentation and fraud on her part.
We also listed with Barb Flesher to sell our townhouse. At first she was very enthusiastic. A few weeks into listing she tried to convince us to drop price $30K. Property was well priced and in middle of current similar listings. She said few showings meant no interest. We later found out it was because of 1% realtor not unit itself. Most regular realtors won't show 1% listings because of lower commission structure. Our first offer did not pan out because Barb failed to present offer properly and note a clause written in by buyer that amounted to an extra $3500 we would have to pay. When questioned about this she became rude and hostile. This is her behaviour anytime we did not do what she wanted. I have also heard this from another former client of hers. Her behaviour is far from professional and in fact she has a very poor reputation among other realtors. We simply mentioned we had a poor experience with a 1% realtor and another realtor came up with her name right away, no hints given. She didn't even have the decency to send a thank you when the deal finally concluded months later and many thousands of dollars less. I would not recommend her to sell a dog house!
We have had problems with Barb Flesher with 1% Realty as well.
I would never recommend her and I would really like my money back.
Unprofessional, misleading, dishonest, absolutely terrible service.
Please email realestatewoes@gmail.com with your story about her!
Will never ever hire Cody Flesher her son same experience as above comments and more.
Cody Flesher Lacks in Fiduciary Duties owed to his clients, undervalued the property by 25, 000 and was very deceitful in selling. No and no I do not recommend this one percent customer service, one percent honesty, one percent in customer services.
