The OnePlus web site promises $30 savings and free shipping on Buds 3 to buyers of cell phones. I purchased phone on 16 February 2024. I contacted Customer Care after revceiving and setting up phone asking about $30 Buds 3 savings, plus free shipping. To get a voucher the phone I had to send a few dozen emails, and make a dozen phone calls. Then, two and half weeks later, I get an email giving me a $30 Buds 3 voucher, BUT the voucher was only good for a few days. That's it. Use immediately or lose it. I had to start all over, Finally got a promised voucher and the order page showed free shipping. But, confirm and pay page charged for shipping. OnePlus then says discounts and free shipping are separate vouchers and a buyer can only use one voucher per order. Obviously you can't get the promised $30 savings AND promised free shipping. OnePlus seems to come up with picky excuses every step of the way in order not to fill its promises. If they can't honor these small promises, what makes anyone think they'll honor their warranty?
