Filed claims for items in new home.
Stair landing almost 1" out of level over approx 2.5', builder and Home warranty measured the slope using a method for checking variations in level (hills and valleys) They say not a defect.
My HRV system (approx 50lbs) attached to a wall is falling off, they say no defect and present no danger to safety if it falls on someone or won't cause damage to the house if it falls. Sits directly above my AC unit.
Floors (laminate) coming unglued from floor in places they say this is not a defect.
Area in front of my sliding glass doors is approx 3/4" higher than the rest of the floor and coming unglued again. not a defect.
Poor communication, won't return phone calls, won't call you to discuss, they are only there to protect the builder as he is their client not the home owner. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
Desired outcome: Get items fixed by builder as should have been done with the house was built.
My claim started in Dec 2016 and still not being repaired. I bring Pacific and Echelon in the Supreme court now and like to share information with you
