I Booked my seat with the name Muhammad Sajjid Mehmood vide ticket no [protected] dated 20-06-2023 from Lahore to Jaddah time of flight was 5:15. but before on day I received a call from PIA Help Line NO [protected] informing that my seat in the said flight has been cancelled and it is rescheduled on 26-08-2023. on inquiry it is informed that due to personal reasons your seat is cancelled without any solid reason in my opinion my seat is allotted to some other person against the receipt of illegal money. i have to reach Jaddah on 20-06-2023 due to urgent work. due to irresponsible behavior of the Air line I have to suffer handsome financial loss. it is requested to conduct the inquery why such incidents happened. it seems some employees of the Air Line are involved in such illegal practices for the monetary benefits. this practice suffer the Air Line reputation and ultimately causes the national revenue. If no action is initiated. I reserve the right to go in litigation and claim the compensation which I have to bear.
