Hello, I’m writing today to bring to your attention the appalling treatment my girlfriend and I were subjected to in your casino today (9/15/23). I don’t know if it is standard procedure for your overzealous security to follow patrons around who are not causing any problems or bothering anybody. Then continue to do so after they stop and harass them for ID. To the point of peaking around corners until we’re making eye contact with each other. Just complete and utter disrespect for your customers (or the ones that don’t dress nice enough or look a certain way, at least). Then telling us to leave because we sat down to look at your app, we had just downloaded and tried to figure out what happened to my girlfriend’s missing points. Activities that wouldn’t warrant a second glance from anyone else. Apparently, grounds for ejection when done by us.
Do your policies openly promote discrimination? Or does your security operate independent of your rules of conduct? Free to target which ever individuals they feel are beneath them somehow. Disgusting disgraceful behavior I would hope your company does not condone. Against us or anyone else. I am seriously considering litigation because, this treatment was unwarranted, unnecessary, targeted discrimination and I would like to know what, if anything, will be done about it.
Sincerely…
Brandon Sledge
