This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I was suckered into ordering from Peach Direct. I was excited that I finally had the digital camera I have always wanted. Well here it is 1 month later, and I still have not received my merchandise. When you call customer service, you get the same response. "Order is pending" My favorite is not once but twice I was told that the shipping department does not update their records regularly and it may already be on the way as we speak. My response was I was already told that two weeks ago.

I informed them that if I did not receive my merchandise by Christmas, they were to cancel the order. In the meantime, I have been billed by GE Money Bank for products I have never received. I called GE Money Bank and they told me Peach Direct would be the company I need to call.

I want off the merry go round. My next call is to the Attorney General. Anyone want to jump aboard?

I am SO glad I saw this. I was JUST about to apply for a card with them. I was looking for promo codes and found this by accident.

As glad as I am, I'm also a bit disappointed. I was really looking forward to getting a iPod that only required a minimum monthly payment of $15 bucks. Does anybody know of a LEGITIMATE site that offers actual Peach Direct deals?

I ordered from Peach Direct not knowing until after how much of a rip off this company along with GE Money really are. I ordered my Toshiba laptop in August 2007. After ordering I started reading all the bad comments on these websites and started to get worried that I had made a mistake. Then on September 11th my laptop arrived, oh joy but it did not last. By September 23rd my laptop's hard drive was defective. I called and have been calling ever since to get this corrected. Toshiba told me to call Peach Direct back to get a replacement. I was told by Peach Direct on the 23rd of September that return shipping labels would be mailed to me and I should receive them in 2 - 3 weeks, not understanding because the mail should take no longer than 5 days (even from CA). All I ever received from Peach Direct Customer Service is the run a around. No one can ever give you a straight answer. Finally on November 2nd and still no return shipping labels, I cancelled the order with Peach Direct and GE Money who by the way calls every other day wanting their money. I have filled out dispute letters and mailed them in and I still am getting hassled. NO WAY would I ever recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy.

I had ordered a 42inch plasma tv from Peach Direct. Shipping took over a month but the item did arrive. The shipping was expensive also but I have not had any problems with the tv.I also pre-ordered Halo3. This item arrived the day after the release.I just ordered Guitar hero3 and a few Nintendo ds games. We will see how long it takes to arrive and I will post a follow up. Maybe they have their act together now.

About 7 months ago, I ordered a PS3 from Peach Direct. Yea, it was overpriced but I had 4 months to pay it off before being charged finance charges. 3 weeks after placing the order, and many phone calls to find out the status of the order, I decided to cancel the order. The satisfaction guarantee states you will receive order within 2-3 weeks. I cancelled right at the 3 week mark. I even called back 2 days later to make sure it was cancelled because the status online hadnt changed. Still said 'pending'. They told me the order was in fact cancelled. Ok cool. 2-3 weeks later, after order was cancelled, I received the PS3 from UPS. I didnt know the package was from Peach Direct, it was shipped from the vendor, Ingram Entertainment. If I knew it was from Peach Direct I could have refused it. As soon as I opened it and realized what it was, I called Peach Direct. They told me they would send out return shipping labels. 3 weeks later, nothing. I called and this time they told me that game consoles were not returnable. Excuse me? You shipped it even after I cancelled it. They would not do anything. So I disputed the charge with GE and was immediately credited back the purchase price while the dispute was pending. The dispute has now just recently finished and I still have the PS3. Looks like I got the best of those idiots this time. But I wont be doing any business with them anymore... although they do have some nice pots and pans Id like to order.

Wow. I am amazed at a lot of the complaints, since I have ordered twice from them, and both times, I had absolutly no problems. Ordered a VERY nice HP Laptop back in June. It arrived promptly in just less than 2 weeks, and was prefect in every way. Soon after I ordered a new Digital Camera, since mine got trashed. Again, it took less than 2 weeks for me to get it. Perhaps it is what some have said; it was a rough start for them. But now that they have established themselves a bit more, they may be much better. Like I said, I have had nothing but good experiences with them, and I plan to use them many times, as they make luxery items very affordable for me.

Having had reservations about ordering from Peachdirect, I contacted Dean Kim at the executive offices to inquire about in-stock status for a Panasonic plasma TV that I was interested in ordering. The next day, I received an email from Ahmad Shaker at the same office who informed me that the TV was in stock and available for immediate shipping. I placed the order on Feb. 12. The day after the order was placed (Feb. 13), Mr. Shaker emailed me that he was personally overseeing this order and had forwarded it directly to their fulfillment center. The TV was shipped on Feb. 14 and received in perfect condition on Feb. 19 (2 days ahead of schedule).

I am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with the service I have received from Peachdirect, and thank Dean Kim and Ahmad Shaker for all their help. I look forward to placing my next order soon.

As to the complaints regarding pricing and interest rates, the price I paid (with a 10% discount) including shipping was only a few dollars more than I would have paid at BestBuy/CircuitCity/Frys with sales tax, and the interest rate and terms on the Peachdirect credit card aren't significantly different than those on the BestBuy/CircuitCity/HomeDepot/OfficeDepot and other store branded cards.

You know...So many people are absolutely ridiculous. I read these posts and some seem legitimate, but the majority make no sense. Think of it this way...You buy a new car, you finance it through, let's say...Chase Bank. Tell me, do you go and complain to Chase Bank instead of the dealership or auto manufacturer? Do you stop making payments to your auto loan? NO! GE Money is no different than any other bank except the fact that they have the largest Sales Finance division in the US, therefore they finance more products financed through stores than any other bank, so yes, people are going to blame them because a store or other vendor made a mistake.

When I got the Peach Direct flyer I was given a $2000 credit limit. I ordered an HP computer with 19" flat screen monitor, an HP fax/scanner/copier and a wireless keyboard. I received my shipment with 2 weeks. Then I ordered another flat screen monitor and it arrived within another 2 weeks. I got in on the "pay no interest" for 1 year special. I have had no problems "knock on wood" with any of my equipment. Nor with GE Money company. I paid them monthly online and paid them off before my year was up to save on the interest.
When I typed in PeachDirect.com tonight on the computer, I was directed to a new website called VENUE.com. I guess that's the new PeachDirect. It looks like the same merchandise that PeachDirect offered. And Venue has a promotion of "no interest for 18 months". Hopefully, I'll get a pre approved flyer for that as I need a laptop.
I read how many people were take advantage of by PeachDirect and I'm sorry you all had bad experiences. I've had my share of bad experiences with other companies.

I worked for PeachDirect for about a year. Company is a scam so I left. For everyone here who has a complaint, I would suggest just going right to the "top" of the organization. I believe the CEO and founder is Ron Drory who is a scary individual that yells at everyone. Its about time that someone yelled back at him. The CFO is I believe is a lazy ### named Tom Clark. And, when I worked there, there was no one there named D Kim. You were getting an Indian trained to speak with a western accent. Why would someone just use "D" and not give you his real first name?

They are located physically on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles CA. They used to have an office in Santa Monica. Positive comments are likely coming from their "Marketing" staff. If you want any further specific details about this company, feel free to email me anytime.

I order playstation 3 from this computer and when I received the bill it was already late. I called no answer then come to find out it was on my credit report. This is the biggest rip over company I ever seen. There should be a lawsuit against GE Money Bank. Anyone want to join?
