Perfect Money review: Stolen my balance

Perfect money release / leaked my data and stolen my balance 9400$ approximately.

On 7/7/2023 I received a message via my email of perfect money : the message was about someone trying to restore my account , at the beginning I ignored the matter and didn't give attention as thinking that someone is trying unsuccessfully or there is a problem in the perfect money system , but the next day I received the same message so , I logged my account and changed the password.

But after 2 days , exactly 10/7/23

I received the same message and when I tried to login to my account I surprised that I can't login to my account and the account has stolen, I tried to messaged the CS by the external ticket but the time was too late , and the balance has stolen via E-vouchers.

after some time I received a message to my mail with the new password, so I logged into my account but unfortunately the balance was zero , the biggest problem is that the CS didn't want to help me at all. and how my account was stolen and no one helped me how this hacker submitted my documents although I am sure 100% that my personal data is never stolen because it stored in a private wallet usb flash drive, so how someone reached to this data ( passport & proof of address, Perfect money ID , perfect money E-mail,) and how someone request an account restoring and the request accepted at the same day , in addition I was secure the withdrawal process via codecard and the CS cancelled this security option at the same day after approved the restoring request with 8 hrs only , and when I tried to contact them via internal mail , they didn't give any response and closed my tickets forcely.
