I have been a client for many years and the service got worse as time went on due to employee turnover and lack of training. I am surprised that they allow technicians to go in the field and treat homes and lawns when they are not trained.
After paying over $40 per treatment that did not work, I had to cancel my service.
They sent a technician the day after my agreement expired without my authorization and sent me a bill, not very ethical. I spoke with Tabitha who claimed to be the manager of the Customer Satisfaction department. She was very unprofessional and kept talking over me when I tried to explain my issues. She also stated that she would not provide the final pest service that I had paid in full due to this lawn care issue. How does it make sense to charge me for what I did not ask for and then not provide service for what I paid for?
I would stay clear of a company with low quality service and unethical business practices.
