Phlebotomy Services International, Inc. review: DO NOT PAY EMPLOYEES OR BILLS 2

This company is run by a wolf in sheep's clothing. He "preaches' sweetness and light all day, talks about going to church, tells you to "pray for clients", then you find out there are HUNDREDS of people after him for not paying them their bills/salaries or per diem. He works with independent agents around the nation, uses them, then claims he is broke. All the while he takes trips to Costco AT COMPANY EXPENSE to buy groceries for his 7 kids and wife, while telling his employees he is "having a cash-flow issue" and holds up their paychecks for WEEKS.
Snake, scammer, lier, cheat, scoundrel and charlatan all describe Ed Cutler the owner of this organization. He routinely changes the name of the corporation to avoid his enemies (who are numerous) and now has his 18 year old Son as an "owner" of his new company. Likely because his Wife is tired if his lies and poor reputation. He will find every excuse as to why you need to work harder, all the time devising new ways screw you, and not pay you. His latest claim to fame was when the State of Oregon garnished his account for $6000 and he then caused an employee to lose their home because he didn't pay them their salary.
