It is important to make sure the device and the condition you declare are accurate to ensure your quoted value is correct and will not need to be adjusted later. Trade-in quotes are valid for 21 days, and the payment methods offered are specific to each trade-in program. Phobio sends you a prepaid shipping label and packing materials designed and tested to ensure the safe shipment of your device to our inspection facility. You are provided detailed device preparation instructions and tracking information to guarantee safe and timely delivery of your trade to Phobio. We do not recommend using concierge services, drop boxes or other shipping alternatives. Upon receipt, every shipping kit is inspected for indications of transit damage and the package contents are verified. Devices are powered-up and connected to an analytics system to confirm data erasure, verify the device model and test internal functionality. Once verified as erased, functional and free of activation locks, our inspectors test each device's physical components and look for damage to the screen or housing.
