have subscribed to the annual membership paying £144. I have completed the Polish level one and enquired where Polish level 2 was only to be told it didn't exist due to demand. This email was sent on 29.11.23. Pimsleur responded on 30.11.23. I then replied to their email expressing my deep dissatisfaction at being unable to continue with my studies despite having an annual membership. I also wrote of my dismay at paying £144 for one level which only takes a month to complete. This seems incredibly expensive for a months course and there was a lack of transparency when I signed up as I wasn't advised I couldn't progress past level one. This email was sent on 30.11.23 and I asked for it to be escalated to a complaint.
Today is 8th December and I have not have any responses to the concerns I have raised. I appreciate I am emailing from the UK but it has been over a week for Pimsleur to have acknowledged my complaint which they have neglected to do.
I have no desire to learn another language. I have been misled and cheated by this company and I want a refund.
