unauthorised transactions
I did not order any services or products from you, yet you charge for three transactions. I received a small poster, and this must be the gift you said you will give me should I give you my address. Unfortunately y address and email address led you to my bank account and you charged my credit card. I demand you stop and reverse the charges. Thank you.

fraudulent transaction
I am Adediran Adeoluwa Nathaniel with the bank account number, [protected].
My bank account was debited early this month with USD67.73 and my bank found out its actually from you. I did not subscribe to your service, though I was told I subscribed according to you. Could you kindly terminate the subscription because I did not know about it, talkless of benefiting from it and help me refund the money and deducted charges.
Doing this for me will actually help in having a better relationship in the future, as well as telling friends and family that are into writing about you and persuade them to subscribe to your services. Kindly refund my USD67.73 into my account [protected](Gtb), thank you.
I really don't like how my money was deducted under the name writerslife. USD67.73 was deducted, which is over #24000. If I complain to God about what you'd done, sincerely your company will close down soon. I've complained through mail but it's yet to be resolved.

unauthorized credit card charges
In August, 2019 & then twice on September 6, of 2019 my account was charged $27.00 for a total of $ 71.00. The charges show up on my account as follows: 9/06/2019 02:47:10 Platinum Millennium Pu, [protected], NC
The only product that may have been purchased as a one-time deal was something called Writers Life. If so, this product certainly did not deliver what was expected.
Having tried, I am unable to contact either Platinum Millennium or Writers Life.

no products or services ordered, but multiple charges on my credit card
I was lured to this company by the offer of "free" ebooks, but immediately declined when I saw that I would be charged for "shipping". I have not agreed to any purchase of a product, service or subscription, but my card has been charged multiple times for a variety of amounts including $0.99 on 2019-06-18, $27.00 on 2019-06-18, $67.73 on 2019-07-03. I think there are more but that is the latest card statement.
During this time I have received no invoices or other notification that money has been taken from my card, and no goods or services.
I have instructed my card issuer to block all future transactions from this company, and now I need a refund of the money they have already taken

I did not order or register for any of your goods/services. My account was debited this morning with USD 67.73. Please kindly refund my money to my account [protected], GTB (NIGERIA)
I received the message attached on Friday for a transaction I did not do. I did not receive any package and I did not ask for your service and my account was debited. That's the only money I had on me before I was debited and I am stranded here, no one to help, my hope is on that money have saved for months now. If I don't get that money back, I'm doomed.
Please, maybe someone used my card. I've not eaten till now, I hope to buy foodstuffs and drugs with that money because I am presently Ill. Please, I don't know what to tell other people depending on the money, if they get to know that I don't have the money with me, they might commit suicide, please.
My money is yet to be refunded please

wrong charges to my credit card and faulty resolution information to bank
Dear Sir or Madam,
as previously, neither the complaint-board, nore the contact form or direct e-mail contact had worked, I had sent a complaint about erronneous payments via my credit card company.
But now false claims for my supposed order of a trial order had been sent, which I intentionally did not make.
I did uncheck the check-box for the trial, when I ordered the information material for Writer's Life.
When instead of a confirmation page, an information page for the trial order appeared, I aborted the web session.Still I received many information mails, but it was never clear that they came from an unintentional trial period, and not from the order of the information material in general, as their use and purpose never was beyond general information.
Also at no time a confirmation mail or any welcome to a trial order appeared, so I never got the impression of having to cancel something I did not order after 14 days or be severely charged.
I therefore request an immediate refund of the erronneous payments charged to my credit card and instruct your bank to withdraw their claim to the erroneous payments accordingly.
Thank you and with kind regards,
Roswitha Gerhart

unauthorised charges to my credit card
I have just seen a debit on my card for £52.59 and an associated charge for foreign exchange of £1.57 on the 29th April just passed. The entry states it is for $67.73 US from "Platinum Millennium Publ, 866-752-996". Further investigation revealed identical amounts taken from my account last month on the 30th March. I did buy a DVD from a company called Writers Life as I am thinking of starting to write novels. I received the DVD fine and the "poster" too. What I didn't actively ask for was anything else involving a monthly fee. I don't even know what this fee is for, the only clues I have found are the complaints on this site.
I have received nothing else, either by post or by email. I am astounded that a company can sell something I wanted and, in the background, 'enrol' me into something I definitely did not see or want. I don't even know how to access what I have enrolled in. If an e-mail or letter had been sent to me, I might have been able to give you my client number - it might be the number quoted against the charges above.
I would like a complete refund of the 2 charges of £52.59 and the 2 charges for foreign exchange of £1.57. That totals £108.32.
I feel that I have been scammed and it is not a good feeling. It has put me off any thoughts of writing for now as it already has cost me money. If I remember correctly, Writers Life' was going to prepare me to be an author and earn money. You have put me off for life.
I can be reached at [protected]@gmail.com.
I monitor this email account closely so I will be looking forward to a reply. I am also assuming that you will stop taking payments from my account forthwith.
Good day to you,
Martin Nunn
unauthorised credit card charges
I signed up for a course on marketing which despite repeated requests I could not access, and since then have had three un-explained charges against my credit card see photo below.
I see from your complaints board that so many other cutomers have reported the same issue going back years.
I am requesting a full refund of the above charges.

unauthorized payment
I have just been charged on my bank card for an amount I did not authorize them to take. I ‘purchased' a ‘free' book from Writers Life, which I still haven't received nor have I received any communication with regards to this purchase. I most certainly did not sign up for any kind of membership as I cannot afford this. I need the payment refunded in order to be able to pay bills this month. Extremely frustrated and do not recommend ever purchasing anything through this so called company.
unauthorised credit card charges
On the 20th April, 2019, I was fraudulently charged by this company for a membership which I never actively asked for. Through online search, I quickly found a long list of very similar complaints about the same practice by this company. A reply from 'Customer Care, 2017'! includes the following statement:
"IN fact, to be totally transparent on all of our order pages you will see a very visible: "No Thanks" option that will NOT put you into our membership, perhaps you overlooked it."
Having to actively choose to 'not subscribe' to a product or service, which isn't clearly indicated, is a fraudulent and surely illegal business practice. I cannot believe that this practice has been allowed to continue for years!
I am requesting that Platinum Millennium refund the $94.40 Australian dollars which they have billed me, as I never knowingly subscribed to any membership of Writers Org or Platinum Millennium.
I have also asked the company to let me know how they obtained my credit card details.

charge for unwanted membership!
Hi there
I have been charged an extra amount of £53.48 by the company called Writers Life and also MILLENIUMMIL, to a one off payment I paid for a downloadable course. I see from other comments its probably a membership. I do NOT want this membership and would like a refund please!
I'm high-functioning autistic so may have missed the membership aspect but it usually means I see all the little details like that, not miss them.
Again I do NOT want this membership!
Many thanks
Danielle

That's the above Ref that appeared on my credit card. I have never ordered for anything from this company. It shocked me to see Platinum Millenium Publishing had deducted 70 US$ illegally without my consent and I never gave them my credit card details even online.
