I went to PLS on 03/13/22 and paid $15.00 to stop payment on a money order that was lost in the mail. I was told then it would be 21 day to receive a refund back. I went back to PLS on 04/12/22 and was told it would be 7 more days at most to receive my refund. I went back to PLS AGAIN on 04/26/22 I was told there is a problem with my stop payment and someone would call me. I never received a call. I ask to get the regional Manger number or email. I was told NO... I left and I found a number 855 85 MY PLS. I have called them and all they do is take down my info and say someone will call you back. Nobody ever calls back. I was told when I called that the stop payment was not done until 04/12/22. Why did they not do the stop payment when I paid for that service on 03/13/22. PLS prays on the poor people who can not afford checking accounts they have had my money $ 255.44 since 02/08/22 and $15.00 more to stop payment since 03/13/22. I am out $270.44 and can not get any response from them.

Desired outcome: I would like my $270.44 refunded plus the interest on it , and the regional manger to explain to me why the took my $15.00 stop payment fee on 03/13 but did not do that service until 04/12/22.
