Hi I am an employee of a large hotel chain, I will say it owens half of las vegas, I dont, need to name drop but as a member of the hospitality groop I can tell you thar, there is no groth without customer satisfaction, I am writing you today to let you know that I am not satisfied with your book club. You would release 10 episodes a day originally and then now you’re down to one a day for no reason I have played your game I have actually gone online. I’ve had back surgery so i’ve had plenty of time i’ve gone online watched your videos and you release one or two more videos a day that way or episodes a day that way and then the next day you would load another 6 to 10 episodes and then slowly you’ve gone down and now you’re one episode what is going on i’m more I am reading instant millionaire and you guys are very very un attys factory with the way you treat this you have over 1000 episodes and you want to charge $200 for a person to listen to an audiobook this is a complete consumer rip off believe me the word will get out to other employees and those employees will also tell their friends this is a complete and utter rip off. I have listened to audiobooks before and none of them ever been this way if you would like please help. I am also a union steward.
Desired outcome: Open the audio series up ti has gone from 10 episodes a day to one.
