Ordered online, when we got there was informed by the rude and racist staff with no customer service skills whatsoever! that this store does not accept online orders and that we will have to call popyes to get a refund, but the app online accepted our order for this location in livingston tx on church st. The manager was very rude and racist. Now my monmey is tied up in who knows how long till they refund my money at corperate and there is no customer service you can talk to you can only leave a message and they will contact you in 24-48 hrs. Do not ever use this store it was dirty and nasty inside and out. Corperate should cancel there franchise in livingston because if popyes condones this behavier they need to go to customer service school also!

I will never order at popyes anywhere ever again terrible to say the least!
