We decided to have solar panels installed through PowerHome Solar in July of 2020. As of today, April 6, 2022 we have only had 1 electric bill be as low as they said it would be since the installment of the system. It took over a year to get the system installed correctly and functioning, and every since then, we have had nothing but problems. Our payments are almost $300 per month for the loan and our electric bill has been anywhere from $100-$300 as well, because the system is never working as it should. We now also have a leak in our roof that needs to be fixed where the panels were installed. In the beginning, the company did not follow the original plans, and installed the entire system incorrectly, which led to a load earing wall needing to be replaced on our second flood, siding being replaced, and my entire backyard being dug up twice. After all of this, the system has still not ever worked correctly, and we have not seen any positive from getting this system installed. And the company has not offered to compensate for any of their mistakes, or the fact that we have been throwing our money in the trash on their system.
Desired outcome: If we could have the entire system taken down, and our money back, I would be more than grateful, or they could offer to pay for some of the loan, something!

No one came yesterday nor called for our final installation appointment!
I took a day off work.
This has been going on for a year now!
When we talked to pink energy about putting solar on are house they said are electrical bill would be almost nothing! I gave it a year to see how it would do . Last month’s electric bill was over 200 dollars and with the 235 monthly bill to have solar put on are house that’s over 400 dollars for a month’s energy cost , where is the savings?
I have submitted request E-mails multiple times to get some kind of update. Pink Energy technician has come out and told us we need a part since then I have not received any updates and my E-mails are not being answered. This issue has been going on since March 2022 with no resolution in sight.

We had Panels installed in Jan. 22, we have yet to still go live. All installation & inspections have been completed. We have been paying monthly for the panels and not getting benefits from having them. We haven't been connected to the grid yet. Still paying FULL electric costs.
I installed a solar system by Pink energy seen January this year 2022. The system have not been working since and I've been paying $500 each month.
Originally, they told me that the system cost $25,488 but the loan they took for me from Dividend Finance is $90,000.
My system was installed on Feb. 2017 when they were called Power Home and Solar. Now that I have warranty needs the company is no longer in business. I have not been notified or provided any info as to who will provide my warranty needs.
