very poor customer service
Purchased Roketa moped 50cc, front wheel bearing failed after 35 miles. Repeated calls to customer no-service resulted in hours on hold, no call-backs and no resolution. Would ship it back if we could! This is after spending a month to get the title sent to us. We had to result to paying Fed-ex to have the title sent to us. Assembly instructions sent were terrible and we had to call for additional instructions. Very poor quality in customer service, and the product so far shows the same level of quality...both very bad and we are upset!

beware
I looked at their site and it looked like a good company these people are ripping us off... i waited 3 weeks for an atv and called daily and like everyone else got nothing dont get robbed! There are better places to shop. Do research... i called best price atvs and got my ATV in 4 days. It’s a shame that these people can do such a thing to willing to pay clients... i give this company 2 thumbs down and two middle fingers up. Do not, I repeat, do not get robbed by these terrible irresponsible people. They suck!

BIG MISTAKE AND RIP-OFF
YOUR ON YOUR OWN WITH THIS CRAPPIE COMPANY BEWARE
I also have been ripped off by this company..I ordered 2 kids 110 four wheelers in oct of 2007 for christmas, both came damaged i called and the parts department want pictures and emails, after all the b/s from them, they sent replacement parts that were also damaged.Well here we go again with emails phone calls and pictures.
I talk with the post master at the local post office, showed him the damaged parts, he said the parts were covered by insurance all i needed was the shipping papers from the company, called talk with them explained the problems.to this date never heared back from the powesports...the bad part of the story is 2 little girls did not get 4-wheelers for christmas...they did get them after the 1st.
NEVER TRY TO DEAL WITH POWERSPORTS THEY ARE A BIG RIP-OFF. Scott Meadows Sycamore, Ga
powersports max suck suck suck suck
Very interesting! I ordered a UTV from Best Price ATVs the first part of May and cancelled the order on July 8th because of non-delivery. It appears to me that it is a hit and miss market out there. I have not found many good comments about any of the internet companies out there.
different model delivered.
I purchased a 1xDB50-01 50cc model dirt bike off the Powersportmax.com web site. The company knew or should have known I was being shipped a different model 49 cc bike. I e-mailed to the company pictures of the bike I received. Every conversation I've had with this company indicates more and more that its business model is to operate a scam, not a reputable business. I will use my bank and credit card system operator to recover the money I've paid. If they want the bike they shipped, they had better arrange to have it picked up and shipped.

I ordered a 4 wheeler from this company! I never got the 4 wheeler and the are not giving me a refund! I do not recomend this company for anyone they are a scam they will take your money and run!
stay away
Bought a powersports product (dirt bike) ...engine cooked after 3 mos. My son changed oil more than ever recommended! He was proud of his 125cc . After 3 mos. motor cooked ...called power max on or about 5/20 to inquire about the problem. I was told at that time to send motor to them, they would go over it and fix the problem as it was under warrantee (1 yr on engine) so a 68.00 shipping ups charge (they would pay return ship) and off it went...they received the engine on 6/05...today I called to check the progress...only to find out the # has been disconnected ! I'm only guessing they have hauled ***...does anyone know what my rights are here? Better business?

sounds bad to me!
Thanks for the heads-up. I was considering a purchase from their site but will pass on this outfit. I checked the Better Business Bureau in SoCal, and the company has a CCC rating. The following paragraphs are from the BBB page for PowerSportsMax... the last bit of info might help some of you who have had your calls blocked for weeks, or even months!

The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30 day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting, or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle.
Merchants who violate the Rule can be sued by the FTC for injunctive relief, monetary civil penalties of up to $11, 000 per violation (any time during the five years preceding the filing of the complaint), and consumer redress (any time during the three years preceding the filing of the complaint). When the mails are involved, the Postal Service also has authority to take action for problems such as non-delivery. State law enforcement agencies can take action for violating state consumer protection laws.
no moped, no return!
We bought a mobbed in March 16th. They said the bike was not available and then would not return the money. We have been on the phone with them every day and now they are just not answering our calls. They kept saying it would be back in the bank in a few days but would not give us a transaction code... They don't have the bike, they say every day they will return the money. Now they just leave us on hold or say that Recardo is busy or out of the store. Fraud... Con's.
theft, no money or bike!
We bought a mobed in March 16th. They said the bike was not available and then would not return the money. We have been on the phone with them every day and now they are just not answering our calls. They kept saying it would be back in the bank in a few days but would not give us a transaction code. Now they just don't talk. Leave us on hold until we hang up. This is a bad bad company out to rob anyone that they can. They are protected by the law and the action is a civil matter and you have to go to court to get them. None of us have that kind of money. We should all ban together and go after them.
I purchased an ATV from the company. It was not in working condition.
4 months later the bike is still not in working condition, although they have sent me parts that they claim is the problem.
The company never phone back.
Very bad customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I will ban with you to get back at them
horrible company!
We ordered a 70cc four wheeler for my son and have had nothing but problems with it since we got it and it has only been two weeks. First off, it took the whole weekend (since we got it on a Friday) to get it started. It was not getting gas because there was no hole drilled to let gas out. Then the chain kept coming off (only going 5mph) and broke the...

I bought a moped in May 2017. The moped has a broken part when I received it. I called and they told me don't send it back and they will send me a replacement part in no time. It has been 4 months now and I have not received anything. They don't respond to me anymore. I also requested the Original of Manufacture Certificate to register my moped but they have not send to me either.
Do not buy anything from this company if you don't to deal with bad service or loose your money.
On May 30, 2017 placed an order for a scooter and helmet. Used Check order status on web sight and got no info. Called order line number on June 9, 2017 and after phone rang at least 10 times was told by someone who sounded as if I was bothering them, that my order would ship today, June 9. Called service line June 10, again phone rang forever and another person with less people skills than the @hole on the order line said my order would ship June 11 or 12. June 10 started E-mail exchange. As of June 12, Nobody at this sorry company knows when my scooter will ship. HOWEVER they did get my helmet to me today. Oh Boy! Don't know when or if I'll get my scooter. Wish they were local so I could get some face to face answers and maybe return the helmet personally. Guess I'll stick it out and hope they include free lube service with my order, it's the least they could do.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AND EXPECT THEM TO HONOR THE SHIPPING POLICY TIME FRAME. Better yet don't order from them at all. I may have learned the hard way.

All of you are idiots when you buy a product from an online company always check your merchandise before you sign. If you product is not in the condition that the company guarantees it is in do not sign ask the delivery person to give you a damaged merchandise form if he does not provide one for you that right there is illegal. after you fill out the form it smart to get the drivers name and plate number and company phone number and if possible his employee number. Then tell him to take the product back to the company he sent it from. make sure you have your warranty information with you and try to get ahold of powersportsmax if you cannot reach them within 5 days calling at least 3 times a day then they are avoiding you and you have a legal suit on your hands. get ahold of a lawyer with your phone records and warranty information and you will recieve a pretty hefty settlement it happened to a friend of mine with a different company. You can also tell that it is a legit company considering you are recieving the product even tho it was damaged you still recieved it even but they are trying to scam you with the rest if it isnt the trucking companies fault which it might be. NEVER SIGN FOR DAMAGED GOODS!
I love this company they are the best.. why r u guess talking so much crap ... you know .. you get what you pay for... China has alot of products that are cheap but its pretty much on the person to buy them. So i dont understand why people keep complaining for so little money.
all u guys are idiots for buying motorsports online. who in there right mind would give out $900.00 online for a product that will regularlly need service. you guys are cheap u wanted to save money and u got screwed.
very bad company!
Beware, this company is a fraud and will just take your money. I bought a bike back in march of 2007 and I am still waiting to ride it. At first they did not have the bike that I ordered, I than had to wait 1 month for them to ship it. When I got it it did not run, I had to wait for paper work to register it which took another month. Finally when I could test it in may I had 73 miles on it and all of the gas emptied out on the floor of my garage with a faulty carburetor. I have called the company and have gotten a very poor response. They never call you back, they do not answer their emails. I am now ion the process of a credit card charge back. Again beware of this rip off company! I had to find part to fix this bike if I can at the scooterfactory.com. 4 months and $1000 later I have learned my lesson from these scam artists!.

I was also about to buy a scooter from this place but decided otherwise. Does anyone know of any online places with good reputations, or should I just buy one from a local store? Thanks.
no delivery, no refund
I ordered two dirt bikes but only received one (which had a couple of broken parts). I have tried repeatedly to contact the company by telephone and via email with no response except "we'll check on it". It has been almost two months and I have not received a refund nor the second bike. My experience with this company has been terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone; this company is also known as Deeal, Inc.
