Premier Auto Center review: Tires oil lights etc.

Hello, so I have tried resolving this w te company several times. These people sold me a 2020 fire Edge, very nice vehicle. Went above and beyond to get me in this vehicle a little mire then I have ever seen. Then the next day it was just one thing after another that they obviously had forgotten in there part. Meaning they would probably get in trouble if found that they didn't properly do as expected. Anyways I travel a little fir work so it's very necessary to have good tires reliable vehicle. We'll where do I start 1st my change oil soon light came on immediately as I was traveling out if state, then I get a call saying they put wrong vehicle on the temp tags and sent picture so if pulled over I could show what was sent. We'll then they said my tank would be full. Sensor light has been coming on and off. We'll long story short the oil had never been changed before selling I found out from a shop and I have paperwork. So Then the worst is that I was traveling doing about 75 80 on freeway w my grandchildren and everything I would barely hit a bump my vehicle would rock so hard I thought darn that assist is a little much on this so I turned it off well about 5 minutes later my entire car went iff the road I almost flipped just by barely going over a spot on freeway nothing major scariest thing that has ever happened in my life. So I call a tow company/ ture shop mechanics pay to have towed because I'm so scared. And they tell me that my tires have maybe 30% tread and very bald never have been rotated. Well I ask twice and even said to gentleman nxt to me that isn't it really nice that all vehicles come w brand new tires, he was also purchasing a vehicle it was a 10 hr day tryingvto get all paperwork etc done. Well I was informed oh yes we out new tires on all vehicles. Lies and mire lies just continue. So I call finally after several text calls messages and waiting and its the service manager head one at that. Where he informs me that hmmm that's just to bad glad your okay and your children I said seriously that's all you have to say. I SAID I REPLACED TIRES AND I WANT REIMBURSED ETC MIND YOU I HAVE ONLY HAD VEGICKE 2 WEEKS I MEAN EVEN A IM VERY SORRY. But it was lies and mire lies as he reads a inspection paper to I said there's no possible way that whomever did the inspection was honest. He then says well im actually the one who did it. I said well your a idiot because what if this was your family who was in thisbsituation ir wife etc. He has no remorse but I'm not done w this company by far and he said I'm treating him I said no I'm actually going to take a stand and I won't stop as a business owner . Person ir just a honest human I could never ever sleep at night knowing that a family was devastated in this situation. Anyways I warn everyone please please please do not purchase from them theyvare scan artistvtrained at that and so heartless. I will continue to pay and keep my vehicle because I have had it inspected properly and I do have all contracts etc that this vehicle should nit have ever been placed out to be sold. Yes I as a woman should have been more aware to these heartless people. That commission is really worth lives . All I ask is that they admitbtobthere faults and pay for the tires and the tow and the oil change that's all. Very very very disgusting company and they have not heard the last of me by far. Thank you to whomever reads this and please beware yes they make you feel so special and happy. And then the nightmare starts as you drive away.
