unauthorized credit card charges
this company charged my account for $1078.45 on Sept 15, 2017 unauthorized charge. I never have heard of this website. I immediately contacted my bank account whom started a fraud investigation. I called the company and would only get a voicemail. I emailed the company and received very contradicting responses. first they told me the item was shipped to me, but they could not provide me with shipping status or confirmation numbers. second they said they could not refund the money back to my bank account because it was already processed. I continued to demand answers via emailing and the next message I got the women said that they have stopped the order "magically" and that it was being shipped back to there warehouse. (even though the order supposedly was already shipped to my address) I questioned where my refund was if they supposedly stopped the order and the "customer service" responded that I should contact my bank account to follow up with this? they also claimed to be a "cloud based company" and can not call me via phone (which I requested)
within the same week that this happened I had a fed ex truck show up to my house looking for a box to pick up. they had a pre made shipping label with a return address of Texas. someone had created this label and requested that a box be picked up from my address and likely shipped back to them.
I would like a full explanation of what happened and how my credit card was used for this purchase. all of the invoices that were used with my name and a refund in full immediately.

9/15/17 I called customer service trying to cancel my smart ship. He first asked me why I wanted to do that. He said he could not help me. He said I had to log into my account. I told him my account that I was logging into was showing that I had no current smart ship orders. He said he could not help me.
I have an order number and would like it canceled. He said he could not cancel it. I asked him how I could get into my account. His response "sorry bubye" and hung up. This place is ridiculous.

I have been on auto ship for awhile. I have yet to receive my auto shipment that I was billed for on aug 25th. Today is late sept 24th.
I have tried and tried to contact this terrible customer service company and all I get is we receive your request bit get don't bother us because we don't care about you as a customer or the fact you are going to write this bad message review everywhere and with th bbb and with texas and alllll over social media and I have a message into the news that does research and then destroys companies by airing on the news of horrible companies like this that steal your money. This is stealing you know. So done with this!

Requested a credit an haven't gotten one yet! Emailed the company and haven't gotten a response. Tried calling, got a recording.
unauthorized debits from my checking account
I have never even heard of this company before today. I have one debit and credit from my account for 197.00 and an additional debit for 163.15. With no credit following. All of these transactions are pending causing me a lot of problems with my checking account. I now have to get a new debit card and am at a stand still financially while I wait on a new card and wait for the bank to review this and the affidavit I have to go sign. I have never ordered anything, free samples, or anything from this company.

Hi on 28th august there was an unauthorised payment made to your company for the amount of us$252.62. The card number ends in 9060. I am in australia and did not make any purchases. The australian financial fraud squad are investigating. If you can contact the person and let them know they have illegally stolen my money I would highly appreciated it.

unknown charge to my credit card
I ordered a textbook through amazon.com and at that time signed up for a free trial of prime, which I believe amazon is an affiliate of pruvit. I want to know why my credit card got charged $153.10 by pruvit as my card already got charged by my amazon purchase for the textbook. I try calling the number provided to the company but it does not go through. I would appreciate additional information to help solve this situation. Thank you.
want to stop smart ship
We no longer want the smart ship, constantly deducting $126 automatic out of our account and we want to cancel it. We keep asking them to stop it and they won't. They say they do but constantly taking money out of our checking account they said they would stop but won't. Who can I contact to get a hold of someone that will reimburse me for no authorization deduction

I love this product thus far been buying for 3 months now butthis time im after coming across opened product.. I purchased the 30 pk chocolate swirl.
I overlooked the 3 pks that were opened butnow after comibg across more since im half way through..

promo pack/experience pack order error
I placed an order on saturday for a promo pack in error. It was supposed to be for an experience pack and I tried to cancel the order right after completing it when I realized my error. I was trying to get the experience pack so I could double the bonus before I hit my go pro button. I didn't have much time left before I had to hit it.
I received a message back saying my I had to email during business hours so first thing this morning at 9am ct in canada, I sent my email requesting the order be canceled and I got an almost immediate response saying it was too late and that the order had already shipped. I don't know how that could have happened that fast since they just opened minutes before...
I then asked if she could go into my account and change the description of the product from promo pack to experience pack and she said no.
This is a very unforgiving company. How can we not fix something so simple as this? There has to be a little room for error. I am sure I am not the first person to make a mistake...

I ordered product from this company july 31. On august 4 (after I complained about not having the product shipped out yet) I was sent a tracking number and told it was shipped out august 4. With the tracking number provided to me for the last six days it's still says it is a pre-printed shipping label only. customer service with a "representative"
I ordered product from a "pruver" that I follow on instagram and I have never received anything. She was responsive to my comment when I expressed interest, she invoiced me, and after I paid I have heard nothing. She is frequently online posting pictures and asking people to try the product but she will not respond to numerous emails I have sent, direct messages, or comments on the post I have left. Once she had my money communication stopped. So I do not know if I have been scammed or what happened. I have medical issues that keto helps and I wanted to try and see how keto os may improve my symptoms even more. Even though I couldn't spare much extra money I was desperate. Now I can't even order from someone else because I am out my money. I can't imagine this is how you would want to run a business. It would be similar to me standing outside of a restaurant asking people to come in and then not waiting on them once inside. Just keep begging people to come in and expect the ones inside to sit there and wait. I would like my money back, I have been very nice and patient. Please help.

I too have been following her for a very long time and know her on a personal level. She would never just not send out product. I do know during and around the date this post was made she was out of town and might just be behind on orders.

My wife ordered a supply of keto//os 2.1. Being a diabetic she thought that she would try it for a couple of months. When it became obvious that she could not tolerate the supplement we attempted to cancel any further shipments. Emails were sent requesting cancellation, but we still receive them. During this time my wife was diagnosed with cancer and pruvit became the least of our problems. After receiving another box (at $168.45) I am still trying to cancel. I have tried to contact the company, but they have no phone number. I found one on our credit card statement but it went to a voice mail. Since I do not remember our username or password I have requested that information, and am waiting.
I have three unopened boxes. I want it stopped and these returned and a refund.
I have been a promoter for Pruvit since May 2018. As a result I have earned dollars. When trying to access the dollars and draw them a mistake occurred and I had to request a new password this did not work and my wallet is blocked. I have requested support to reset this for me but they advise that they cannot do this. I have spoken to various other promoters to help. I need to be able to draw my dollars and nobody can help ... You should be able to go cancel it yourself online using your user name and password for the site that they created. You would have received an email showing the detail and link.

I decided to try your product. I created an account through my email [protected]@hotmail.com. something happened and it did not show it submitted. Nor did i get an email reply. After not recieving the product in a month, i decided to try again. This time everything went through. However 2 weeks after receiving my new order, i finally recieved the first one! If your so bored you need to type complaints about shipping, go to google type in "ketogenic diet for" then each letter of the alphanbet by itself and see what pops up.. that's what you get to look forward too, in 30 mins by drinking a freaking drink... dont allow disalousioned people's comments mislead you, if you seen what I seen in the last 8 months as far as helping people.. you'd be typing this message too! Try this - talk to your referee - get a 5 day experience to find flavour and understand how and why you take it - buy a 30 serving pack (2 if your serious about getting better. results (reccommended) 1 a day therapeutic, 2 a day is performance - take it consistently till it's gone and change your lifestyle (diet) accordingly with how big of results you want. Taken properly, this product is a vehicle to a change in your life, physically, mentally, financially for the better, but it all starts with the driver! I was sent an Autoship of Products over 500.00 US the autoship was cancelled weeks earlier I sent them a dated screen shot proving it was their mistake they charged my credit card in US dollars I live in Canada which I'm fine with that part, but when they reimbursed me the US charge on my Canadian credit card the Exchange rate change annd I got over 16.00 less cdn.
Their attitude is they are not responsible for my loss even though they sent the product which was a 100% their error.
I sent them a follow-up email showing my displeasure
over their mistake costing me and I wanted all my money back of free goods.

I am tired of receiving spoofed emails from these people. The last one was from a friend who had died earlier that week. I would love to sue these people out of business to make an example of them.

Ordered keto//os 2.1 in may, a one time order. It is very expensive and I ordered it once to try it and have decided that I do not want to use this product. I have no opinion about it effectiveness. This was definitely a one time order and certainly would not order autoship because I had not even tried it yet.
Today I received another order with an invoice showing that they had charged me again this ridiculous price. I did not want this. I never finished the first shipment and I did not order autoship.
I don't know what this and other companies are doing to justify turning one time orders into subscriptions or "autoship" orders. I did not do anything to consciously and voluntarily request this. It is a scam and the second time that this has happened to me when I ordered something online.
This has got to stop!
Don't buy from them.

They would have sent an email when you signed up that gave a link to your private page. The option for SmartShip is there and can be cancelled with the click of a button.
I too ordered Keto//OS in June 2017. I paid over $80 for a 15 day supply. I only took it for maybe about 6 days. Yes it gives you energy, but the crash after only 6 hours makes you feel like death. Anyways so it is now July 2017, I woke up to a charge from them of $93.97! So I immediately check out my account and smartship was never turned on NOR was my card ever saved under payment information. Only way to contact them is through email and it's been over 48 hours with no reply, no one trying to fix my issue when I have bills to pay and a family to take care of. Needless to say I am extremely upset and will NEVER order from them again. I was stolen from and the fact they have my payment information obviously saved somewhere else is beyond terrifying. I now have a package being shipped to my house only 4 hours after they charged me, that I do not want. It taste like death. So since they will not do anything it's time to call my bank, dispute the charge, and get a new card so I will not be stolen from again!
dangerous product - making people sick & even going to emergency room
Beware pruvit is making many people sick; diarrhea, headaches, nervous system attack, and sending people to emergency room! Told this product robs your body of sodium, told to add salt but then another said they added more calcium to new product to balance sodium. However, that first batch was nearly a killer for some! And have no idea of what they did...
