I have logged a previous complaint regarding Pupkewitz Honda in Windhoek that does not respond to emails!
That was dealt with and they received my parts for fixing my boot and we made an appointment for me to bring in my vehicle on a Wednesday.
But then on the Friday prior to the upcoming Wednesday that I had to take in my vehicle someone drove into my car smashing my boot. I informed Honda about this and told them since I paid for everything in full that they just hand over the parts so that I can give it to the panelbeaters and then to take the fee for labour that I paid for and put it as a credit on their records for future service on my vehicles. To date, once again I did not receive ANY response. I tried phoning now, told them I have a complaint and I want to talk to management but no one answered and eventually the line was cut. I am tired and frustrated of this poor service. Why should I be the one constantly following up with them and still do not receive a response. In fact on Wednesday some lady even phoned me and told me that they received my vehicle and they are busy with it which was ridiculous since they did not even had my vehicle! I then also told her about my mail to them and asked her to ask Tenya to revert back to me, but nothing happened.
