Puretimewatch has solved my complaint by sending me 2 new watches which were seized by customs one month ago. It took a while and some e-mails but Nikki and his team have solved my complaint. Thanks.

I WAS a client of Puretime for some years now and will NEVER do business with them again! DON'T buy anything from them. Although the replica products really do match the original, the quality sometimes does not. I was happy doing business with them in the beginning, but currently their aftersales and reputation for (loyal) customers is terrible. Bought two watches which broke just after a few weeks. Tried to contact them but never a reply. I thought that next time they would give me some discount or extra help. Hoping for the best I bought 2 watches which were seized by customs and never arrived at my address. Puretime offered a terrible solution: although my order never arrived I had to pay half of the almost USD 600 again up front for a new order to be sent for which they could not guarantee that the order would arrive this time. Pure rip off! I contacted my bank and credit card company to hunt them down!

Thanks to this board I finally received a suitable solution of Puretime. They offer to send the order again. Keep you posted whether I shall receive the order.

I just want to note the excellent service I received from the company puretimewatch, the treatment I received was always friendly and fast, solving all my doubts, the quality of the watches is extraordinary. Only remains for me to congratulate all the staf for his kindness, especially Doris and Nikki. I will recommend them to all and sure I will shop with them again in the near future

Hi,

I do not know if somebody really had a good experience with this seller but what I can tell you is my experience. I only understand the enthusiasm of the positive comments in case they are working for them or paid by them to make this kind of comments. My experience it is being horrible and I am also thinking they are an online scam company that unfortunately those days are growing more and more and more from China. I contacted them Monday last week. I was talking with Alice and she told it was possible I will get my order shipped here in Madrid before December 23rd if I was ordering at that moment. So I follow her instructions and I placed the order. After that my personal nightmare started. Two days to confirm my payment by Pay Pal, which everybody knows is not true, it takes only a few minutes when you have your credit card registered. Two days more to tell me that the watch I ordered was out of stock, when they confirmed at the time to place the order it was on stock. Two days more to send me some pictures about the watch, and finally after more than one week I placed the order they ship the watch, but on top of that I advise them from the beginning they should use DHL for shipment because is the only courier company can ship from HK to Madrid in 3 days. They were all the time telling me "do not worry we will use DHL for your order", at least I have that comment more than 20 times in my e-mails and chats... you know what?... When they sent me the tracking number it was EMS!. So actually I do not know if I will receive a watch or a stone, but what is for sure is that they have been lying to me from the beginning. The customer service is horrible, I have sent emails that they answered three or four days later in the best of the cases, normally QC Department or Tracking Department are not answering any email.

So my friends, I will never deal with them again.

Hi Eduardo,

I am not doubting about you and your wonderful experience with this seller. On top of that it is more than probably we have common friends or even we have meet personally after what you told me about your job. I know all top managers of Mercedes, BMW, Porsche and Lexus here in Spain as I am a good client and because of my job (Private Banking) also sponsoring some events for my customers. So I think you are like me regarding the replicas, in my case is my personal hobby (cheaper than to do it with the original watches) always looking for the best one exactly like the original model, it is like a challenge, but at the end I think we have common points of view regarding Customer Support and how a professional seller has to deal with its clients.

In your experience described everything is perfect, but believe me Eduardo what I wrote is what is happening to me. In fact pay attention to an important detail, Nikki has answer you thanking your support but she was not able to answer my email because I have the evidence about what I am telling is true. Even more, I have already contacted Pay-Pal, you know what Pay-Pal answer me?... "This seller is "red-flagged" on Pay-Pal and they are almost at the point to close its account". I suppose you will understand that if Pay-Pal is doing that is because of something, isn't it?. Also take a look to another detail, except your post, all the other posts here are about clients with problems with this seller, also curious no? (let's use some Spanish :-).

So if you take the overview picture only from this website (Complaints Board), you are really a risky man paying by Western Union, that is what all the Scam companies use because after the payment is done you can not send it back or make any claim if you do not receive the order or it is broken, etc. I know this seller is saying they make a 10% discount if you pay by bank transfer or Western Union, nice excuse, but if you have a problem someday, like the one I have from my first order, you will loose all your money. Be careful on that my friend, I work in banking and I know very well what I am talking about.

Regarding one of your first questions about sellers, I can guarantee you I have a couple of them very good and normally a bit cheaper than this website because I am dealing directly with factories, but none of them have a public website because this activity is forbidden by Chinese Government and they can not have stock of watches assembled, just only pieces. Believe my friend I know very well how this business works because my company have offices at Hong-Kong and I go there at least a couple of weeks on a yearly basis, that was my starting point for this hobby. The communication with them is perfect, you can use Pay-Pal without any problem, you have a escrow account and buyer protection services, they deliver by DHL in 3 days to Spain, etc, etc, etc. And the most important thing... everybody can make mistakes, that is not a problem, the problem becomes when instead to recognize the problem and apologize for it I receive from this people a very arrogant email telling me they have been for more than 6 years on this business.. blah, blah, blah... Of course they never answer to my email when I proof them its website is registered only since 2008, which in the best of the cases means 3 years working. That is what I told them, I believe in facts, not in wording, same example as the tracking number I posted here to evidence them DHL is working perfectly from China to Spain, when they were saying DHL is not safe!

I live in Madrid and Valencia, one day if you want we take a coffee together and we can chat about all of that.

I hope you understand what I am telling here is my experience, like the other people that is posting in this website, and I only want to avoid my actual problems with this seller to another people who has never deal with them. I can also understand if your experience has been so excellent with them you explain it and try to defend them, I would do the same because that is fair, but as we said in Spain "when the river sounds...". Be careful my friend.

Like the rest of the people that is writing in this post, my experience is really bad. I wish you the best luck to keep on working with this seller and hopefully you remain the only one with a positive experience with them for a long time.

From my side, I will keep on fighting to advise about my bad experience to as much persons as I can from all different customers websites I find.

Do not worry my friend if you are "only" five days without any answer. I have already placed an order and paid for it and my last email is from 22nd December... Of course nobody has answer to that e-mail, although they always have time to make a post here when somebody is saying something against its company... curious isn't it?

This is my experience with PureTimeWatch and I hope it can help others.
I went to their site and inquired about a Rolex I wanted to buy. On several occasions I chatted with either, Alice or Nikki. They were very pleasant, and even though I had tons of questions, they were always cordial and patient to answer all my questions I had. My questions were not only about the purchase itself; but also, regarding the entire process since it was my first time. After I purchased the Rolex, within a few days I received an email with pictures for me sign-off. There was one picture in particular that I asked for clarification. The next day, I received additional pictures that completely cleared my issue. After I gave the ok, I received an email showing the product being shipped and a tracking number with a link in where to check the tracking progress.
I received the watch within 10 days. I am in the U.S. so I was expecting it would have taken a lot longer.
I don’t have any horror story to tell as other posts I just read. Actually, I am very satisfied with the product, their service and their process. I was surprised to find out the quality of the watch was better than what I expected. Also, something I liked as new customer of PureTimeWatch, is that no matter what time you access the chat, there always someone to answer... and that means during the day or at an odd hour at night.
Based on my first experience, I will be buying again from them.

Ordered watch advertised as having white dial. Got one with silver dial. Also crown way smaller than that shown on advertised watch. Must be wound daily and its extremely hard to do. I complained and they said that they would refund my money if watch was perfect and as new. I asked for their address and a required (by them) return number. I asked 4 times with no reply. No further correspondence from them at all. In the ads for the different watches there is a section below the pictures and description that is set up for reviews and also shows existing reviews. I have stated these facts there and they removed my honest review. Would a competitor do that Puretime? Not in my experience they wouldnt. Dont believe me? Look at the review on the white dial Rolex Daytona in the vintage Rolex watch section. Is mine there? If it is, its from the day you saw it. They are dated with the date they are posted. I will keep posting my bad reviews there daily until I get tired of that game. But people need to know that if you are unhappy, they will not help you out. Dishonest in my opinion and I will never trust them with my business again. Your experience may be different and if it is, best of luck to you. But this was mine.

No problem Nikki. If you will refund my money into my bank account now I will send the watch bsck to you upon receopt of these funds. If the color of the dial would have been apperant in the quality control pictures I would not have accepted the watch. Unfortunately it was not. This still does not explain the fact that you didnt reply to my last 4 emails asking for your address and return number. It also doesnt explain why you removed my reviews from your website. I requested you send a correct size crown on a stem for this watch as this would be the most economical solution for us both. I got no reply to this suggestion. Im not bashing you...just stating my experience with your company. However after looking at the experiences of all other members here concerning returns (all of which are negative) I request my refund first to assure I do in fact receive these funds. I ordered a watch from puretimewatch site and i received in 3 weeks.I am from Romania and i assure you that this site is no scam at all.So don't beleave the bad stories you read here and trust me the watch i ordered is more beautiful in reality than on pictures.Alice Wu offered me great support and all my e-mails were promptly resolved by the puretimewatch team.Nikki Chen proved me that he is a great business man, a professional one.I had one dream that one day i could have my tourbillion watch.I knew that i never would be able to buy a swiss one but seagull tourbillion is a dream come true made possible by the puretimewatch team.

I bought an AP Royal Oak Offshore from Puretimewatch, and I have to say that the watch is perfect. It is exactly identical to the genuine and works perfectly. I am really surprised and happy with the experience. I really recommend Puretimewatch. It took 3 weeks to arrive to Mexico City but arrived in perfect condition. Thank you Puretimewatch !

Has anyone on this forum had a GOOD experience with a return to this company? I am not denying the quality of the watches sold by them. Mine is very good quality, just not happy with certain details. The shipping was good and prompt. No problems whatsoever. However, I was told by a representative of this company that they would in fact refund my money if the watch was in like new condition. No big deal. But if I do decide to return the watch for the mistakes to be corrected, I want to hear from someone that has been through that process and had a good experience. All anyone has said here is that they are happy with theiir purchase.Right now I have a nice watch with the wrong color dial and the wrong size crown. Not what I ordered, but a whole lot better than no watch at all or one that I have to pay half of again just to get it back. Not sure I want to risk it. Two more times through Chinese and US customs with a counterfiet watch. I have asked the fine ladies at Puretime to send me a proper sized crown mounted to a stem that will all fit this type of watch and I will be happy with the dial and I can install the stem myself...no problem. I have even offered to pay for the part AND shipping. Would cost less and be safer than shipping the watch back and forth. I have gotten no response as yet. I have asked for this courtesy 3 times now with no answer. Just trying to make everyone happy here. Not needing a refund. Just a replacement part. Should be an easy thing to do. Please make it happen Puretime so I can tell the world how fantastic the whole experience is and not just that your watches are nice. You have to expect some problems with your watches from time to time. Make my experience a good one please and I promise to sing my praises to the world.

Hi - My name is Joe Aglio. I chose Puretime because they seem credible as well as legitimate dealing with replica watches. They had the exact color combo I wanted, exact watch, strap etc. I ordered my Rolex 6 days ago and I have E mailed and spoke with Nikki once and Alice twice on the 24/7 live support. Alice is extremely courteous and sympathetic to my situation. I bought this watch 6 days ago and have not heard back from the QC dept for me to see the images ... they have not shipped my order yet and it draws concerns on my end. I am not bad mouthing Puretime whatsoever because my experience has not panned out yet ... but what I am saying is that I have ordered the watch and paid for the watch 6 days ago and the only E mail correspondence I've received is that telling me my payment has been confirmed. This gift is for my son who is turning 21 in a week and a half and I expected to have the watch in my possession before then, it doesn't seem likely. Nikki and Alice ask me to have patience, but I can only have so much patience before I start asking 'Where's my watch and when will it be shipped' - On the website it says it will be shipped 24 hours after ordering and it usually takes 6-10 business days to get to the states. I will wait 1 more day ... but my patience is running low. Has anyone else experienced this?

It's going to be 2 months sice I made the payment for a watch and still waiting . Now, two weeks from the last news about. My opinion, it is completely a scam. They are not profesionals at all. So BE AWARE of them and try to skip buy nothing to them If you dont want headaches with money!

Hello, my name is Luis Gonzalez, from Barcelona. I purchased an Omega Seamaster Chrono about a year ago. The watch came fast and looked amazing. No problem with that. But it didn't work that well. The watch stops all the time, no matter you wear it or not. I told that to puretimewatch, you can verify it in the reviews written about the product and you will see I am saying the truth. Nobody has answered me so far. Nobody has cared about me. I payed about 300 $ for a 7750 watch movement and it doesn't work well at all.
I know it is not the original one but it is not either a 20 $ piece. I really was expecting a bit more of help from them. Customers should be treated better. Cause a satisfied customer will be buying all his life!

I ordered a Breitling Navitimer at "puretimewatch.com". Payment was confirmed within 24 hours. They sent me pics for quality control on their own, all questions have been answered within 36 hours, and they even wrote an excuse for taking so long. ;) 2 weeks later the watch arrived in Austria, Europe. Perfectly wrapped, shock resistant and even watertight. The Navitimer is perfect quality, only very small differences from the original watch. Time accuracy is excellent, metal and leather straps are both high quality and well made. My wishes are not easily fulfilled and I had very high expectations, but I could not be happier. Thanks again to Doris from puretimewatch for the fast response, friendliness and patience!

I ordered a watch three days ago from puretimewatch.com, there are other sites which are trying to scam the website such as puretimehonkong, I was causious at first and read many reviews here and on their website, I hope my hublot does come soon as I haven't heard back from them since making payment and I'm waiting for my qc pictures for three days. All the emails I have sent to them have been quick and pleasant response, liala and Alice wu and nikki Chen have been excellent in getting quick replies, so I hope this website is legit and I get my watch soon.. I will keep my order status updated on here

I recieved my hublot all black today, took only 4 days to come to uk, when I opened it I was amazed with the high quality watch I received, everything was genuine the size the movement the dial.. I paid extra $20 to get it waterproof tested so I could swim with my watch and what you know it actually is swim resistant which was shocking as it is a fake watch and thought it would break, I highly recommend puretime everyone is very helpful there, niki, liala, dorris thank you very much for a pleasant service

Puretime is a good supplier. Bought a watch was deliverd good. Top replica.
I had to send the watch back because it. Fell for 180 cm on the floor and a watch hand came of. I did send it back and after a litlle more than a month i got the watch back.
All repaird and no costs and no returning fees.
Thnks puretimewatches.
And the respond to mails quickly.

All you idiots complaining, stop being FAKE and buy yourself a real watch. If you can't afford Rolex then settle for Invicta. I'm glad you all got scammed. You can buy any watch and try to impress others, but you can't lie to yourself, that piece of ### you are wearing is as fake as your personality.

i had sent a mail before to them regards b.g watches latest design, they did reply within 2 days. consider well respond to me. But the last mail to them is last 2 weeks, no replies till now. . just my personal feedbacks. just like some said good some said bad... but few of my pals ordered from them, quality still beyond expectation, but out of stock and last min inform is not optismistic, must be improve...

Most of the posts here are written in poor English, which I suspect, to be from competitors of Pure Time. I have purchased several AP ROOs from them, following up with me were Nikki, Lalia and their QC department. Purchase starts with a proper enquiry regarding the quality, with a close follow-up within2 days from their quality control person, sending me pictures of my purchases. After shipping out of GZ, it took about 3 working days to reach Singapore.

I suggest all consumers to closely compare the replicas to the real watches on the internet, before making purchases and blaming themselves or Pure Time. They may not be 100% replicas, but their quality and service is excellent. If you scrutinise Google for instance, by typing "replica watches" or other search words, you will realise you don't see Pure Time on the first page. Reason is simple: they supply and distribute watches to regional vendors, more actively than advertising themselves on the internet. This assured me of their quality right at the start.

My watches were confirmed on day 1, through Paypal, and by day 2, I was given instructions for specific payment. On day 4, pictures were sent to me for inspection, and Day 5, my watches were shipped out. I recieved all in their pictured-condition, on Day 6.

I purchased an OMEGA SEAMASTER orange bezel just to test this site credibility!
Well... after few weeks waiting, I did recieved a watch, but to my surprise the item
Was cheap and nasty, the watch was completely differend tho the one ordered, the
bezel was black, and the clasp keep coming open, finally the minute hand came off
and the watch stopped working!
I was so angry, I break the piece of crap with an hammer...how can you say puretime
is a good site?
I suspect they write their own report here...dont' trust them ...big fraud!

I have ordered several watches over the period of 2 years and each time I have received them in a timely manner and the quality was as represented. I did however have a bad experience with them on the last shipment. The watch order was delayed because of a holiday for over a month, not brought to my attention beforehand, and after paying extra for expedited payment to them. They did not reimburse me for this. In addition, 2 of the watches were defective. One never kept proper time and came with the wrong colored strap. I paid to ship the watch for repair/replacement and was told that they would ship it back with the correct colored strap. I did, receive the watch back but the strap was never changed. I also experienced tarnishing on one of my rose gold watches which was not an inexpensive replica but I could not bother with the hassle that they make to exchange or repair their product.
In closing, I don' think that I would order from them considering the recent hassles and experience.

has practiced fraud with many thousands of honest people. That's why the credit card companies have many times reverse charges after they carefully examine the circumstances when honest people ask for their help. This company puretimewatch has long since gone out of business along with sinowatches who by the way is the company I purchased from (not puretimewatch).
