i placed an order around 12-19-09 i received the 3 dvds i orderd but the other item was never delivered. i looked up the phone numbers and called and every number i called was not in service. so i e-mailed them and i have got no response

I ordered some dvds from this company and have not received them yet. They did send me an e-mail on 12-26-09 stating they were moving and to expect a slight delay. They did not respond to an e-mail I sent them a week ago

THIS QUICKDVDDELIVERY IS A FAKE WEBSITE IT IS NOT REAL IT HAS NO PHONE NUMBER
THE WEBSITE IS NOT REGISTERED WITH BBB AND THE STATE .SO PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THEM.THEY MAKE YOU PAY BUT WILL NEVER SEND YOU ANY DVDS.

I have had a similar problem with 'Quick DVD Delivery' (aka 'DVW Distributors') located in West Chester, Pa. I have been able to locate another phone number for them and the appearent owner. The owner's name is William Danford Jr. His address is 206 West Gay Street, West Chester, Pa. [protected]. His alternate phone number is [protected]. Unfortunately, he does not answer this number directly, but it does go to voice mail so you could leave a message. (It probably will do no good. He hasn't responded to my repeated calls.)

i ordered some dvds from hem a year ago and got them within 2 weeks. no problem out of them.

I got same email about moving from quickdvddelivery.com. Never received the DVD I ordered. I am filing a dispute thru VISA.

No problems and very happy with my order, quick email responses, recieved order faster than expected, ordered 5 DVDs and arrived well packaged…Highly recommended, will most definetly due business with again

We realize that usually the only time anyone comments is whent they are upset. We understand this. We ship 1000s of packages a month and 10, 000 items per month. If even 1% is wrong that is 120 wrong orders per year and 1000 wrong items per year. We do much better than that. We make very few mistakes, but if we do, just contact us by email its the fastest way to get help. Thank you www.quickdvddelivery.com

This company is so unprofessional! They take my money" and i never got my order. can't call them, or email them, because they never answer anything! I will never ever buy anything from this company again. I "never" had this much hasil buying online!

Just contacted my credit card company for the theft of money from my credit card. This company is bad...What is so quickdvddelivery about them ? I never waited so long for a order ! They have 13 days to respond, , , , I will see them in court ! I dont want the order now...I want my money they took from my mastercharge account !

I ordered DVDs on the 13th of January (Thursday). I checked today the status and it says that my movies were shipped today (Jan. 16, 2011) SUNDAY! I don't know about there but here the post offices are closed and so I am getting very worried now. I hope I get them by the 26th of Jan because it will have been 10 days and on the site it said 7-10 days. So we will see. If not I will just report it to my credit card company and they will get the [censor] scamming.

I GOT MY DVDS I ORDERED BUT I ORDERED MORE. THEY SAY THEY SHIP QUICK BUT THAT'S A LIE. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET YOUR STUFF. I ORDERED MORE BECAUSE THIS TIME I'M SEEING IF HE JUST TRIES TO TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN. IF SO I CAN ALWAYS REPORT IT AS FRAUD ON MY CC. SO IF I DON'T GET MY ORDER BY THE 10TH THEN I AM REPORTING IT

Quick DVD Delivery:

I ordered five DVDs on May 18, 2011. Only two were shipped. I have e-mailed customer service (Crystal) and the owner (Doug Steimel) ~20 times and received only 2 responses (thanks for the information and we will ship soon). I also sent two letters US Mail (no response).
My credit card was charged the full amount when the order was placed. After eight months and my many e-mails / letters the unshipped DVDs, a refund or $31.97 customer credit has not been sent.
THIS MUST BE RESOLVED!

THESE GUYS ARE 100% RIPOFFS, NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OF OVER $165.00, THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY EMAILS. AND OF COURSE THIER PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK.

Your story is my story. I made an order 3 weeks now and still I can't get my order. When I emailed the company I get no response back. What kind of sham is this! This is not the first time I am dealing with this company but it will most definately be my last. I have had great service with this company in the past thats why I was more than willing to do so again but for some reason or another this company has fell off. What happened to customer service. I would just be beyond elated for any service much less a good one at this point. BEWARE ALL!

I fully agree with the negativity! I ordered in August and still haven't received anything yet. I also tried their "text" number and have heard nothing. I will never deal with this company again. They are total ripoffs! Will update if anything changes. I think over a month is plenty of time to get a shipment out.

Same story here...Ordered product, they sent instant email stating the item was shipped. 2 days later got an email stating item was not shipped but on back order. Tried to call but mailbox is not in service. They never replied to my multiple attempts to communicate via email. It has been a month now, no product, no communication. Just took my money and ran. How can they remain in business for so long with so many fraud complaints from customers? I will be contacting VISA to initiate a chargeback to my account...Scammers! Shut them down! Contacted and filed a complaint with BBB.

They explain how they deliver DVD's but not toys. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. you call it is just unset voicemail box. The worst part is they don't explain toy deliver. if theyo deliver the DVD's what about the 80 dollar toy. and my wife is expecting a birthday present

I also ordered from this company, received part of my order. E-mailed them about the missing items have not received anything from them. Wish I would have seen these comments before.

I ordered some dvds from them last month on the 13th of June 2015 and I have not received my order yet. I have been calling but there is no answer and I even called the number that was on my card statement for them and still no response. All I want is my dvds or my money back or charges will be filed
