11 days ago I contacted Radiant Wraps to get a quote by phone. I got a brief phone message with no hours of operation. I have called probably 20 times during regular business days but no-one has ever picked up the phone or returned a call. Finally some-one named Tricia responded by email. I had many questions that would have been answered in a 5 minute phone call but a week later were still not resolved. I have been ready to pay with a credit card as of a week ago (which was right before I was going out of town to place that would be difficult to communicate from) I wanted to resolve it before I left, but everything was moving at a snails pace. Finally I got the quote and was ready to pay but but Tricia insisted I had to print out the quotes and sign them. Since I was out of town I had no way to do this, she wouldn't budge. I asked if I could write an email saying I approved the proposed work and she said no it had to be signed. 11 days later I have still not paid for a product that I really wanted. I have moved on to deal with a company with much better customer service. The customer service for this company is horrible, I would hate to think what would happen if there were any problems after the product was made. There is no way to communicate with anyone.
