Baseboard covers
11 days ago I contacted Radiant Wraps to get a quote by phone. I got a brief phone message with no hours of operation. I have called probably 20 times during regular business days but no-one has ever picked up the phone or returned a call. Finally some-one named Tricia responded by email. I had many questions that would have been answered in a 5 minute...

After reviewing Radiant Wraps, LLC's website and their baseboard heater product information and installation guidelines thoroughly, I called their company to discuss my specific installation needs. I called several times on a Friday afternoon and only got a voicemail message with no hours of operation. This week, I called them on a Friday morning. The woman who answered the phone was surly, unhelpful, unwilling to discussion installation options, and kept saying she'd just email the information to me. In the middle of our long distance conversation, she put me on hold for several minutes without an apology. They may have an interesting product, but if my interaction is any indication, buy from them at your own risk.

I have been re-doing my house one room at a time and now have Radiant Wraps in my Living, Dining, Kitchen, Baths and 3 Bedrooms. My first set was installed in my Foyer and is now over ten years old. The product is top quality and the installatuion is typically pretty simple. Measuring is the key..., measure twice and cut once. I love my Radiant Wraps and can't imagine my decorating schemes without them. I have always had great customer service. Maybe machmack caught them on a bad day. They're not a huge cookie cutter company and the customer has to invest some of their own time if they want to decorate with a semi-cutomized specialty product. The finished look is what makes me come back time and again. There's nothing else like it.
I agree that you can't get through on the phone. By email they promised to send metal samples and two weeks later I have nothing. I have a large project but am afraid to deal with them. No customer service despite very high price. I am very leery.
Radiant Wraps is a great product. There are tons of great reviews of the product on the website. The installation is so easy it's stupid. It's the only product of it's kind and it's made of the thickest gage material out there and the owners stand behind the product. It's unfortunate but true that there are two sides to every story. We live in an INSTANT gratification society now a days and some people have brought into this philosophy entirely, you know..click and buy, feed me now burgers at the drive through. When a company service representative wants to email you the information on the product, styles and systems, how they work and how the system modules interact and you demand an on the phone "short story" explanation of how the things work you are denying the opportunity to educate yourself and how the product would benifit your specific need. Go to the Radiant Wraps website and check out how much information there is in step by step photographed narated, detailed instructions. Nobody out there does this much to support its customers, measuring instructions, stock lengths, custom lengths, it goes on and on. Yes there are cheaper alternatives but none are made in America, something that people don't seem to care much about anymore, no wonder you can't buy anything made here anymore. People don't want to pay or wait for a far superior product you can be proud to own. Great Products and Great People at Radiant. Sorry the person who filed this complaint had a bad day or what ever. Didn't even give them a chance in my opinion. So go to Wendy's drive through, every time I do I just tell them to surprise me because they are going to give me whatever they shove in the bag! Now is that service?
