I thought people might be wondering why no one has really sued this guy for all that he has done, I will explain. My husband and I have been in the process of trying to sue Randy since we found out our building was condemned April of 2008. It took 3 or 4 months just to serve Randy the paperwork because you can't serve it yourself, someone uninvolved has to serve it for you and he runs when he sees people coming towards him with paperwork. Our first court date was in October. Randy counter sued for more than we are suing so now it's going to a larger court, we were unaware that this is an automatic thing so we showed up for the court date just to find out it had been moved at the last minuted when he counter sued at the last minute. Then the new court date was set for December, we thought this was an actual court date because we asked the clerk of the court if we needed to pay a filing fee in October and she said no, we could do that on the December court date. We found out in December that the court was only for us to pay Randy 15, 000 or to file a counter suit. So now our next court date is in February. It can become quite frustrating, Randy use to be a lawyer; he knows how to work the system and he does it every chance he gets. I'm sure our next court date won't be much more than a discovery hearing and it will be prolonged again but hopefully they will see that he has nothing and we have everything. If anyone who is having these issues with Randy would like to come to our court date and testify on our behalf on how Randy treats them it would be most appreciated. In case this didn't get through to everyone, it's the multiple court costs, time off work, and just the stress of dealing with it for so long that drives most people to just walk away and call it a loss. I refuse. If I can stop him from doing this to more people I will.
I know. I didn't find that stuff out until I'd lived in the unit for about 5 months. When I first started searching him you only saw the stuff about him being suspended, being in movies and being pistol whipped when he was robbed working at a liquor store.
If you find the need to sue Front Range Management you have to sue Theresa Penner. She works in real estate, does not live in Colorado, and your best bet is to subpoena the carbon copy Randy Sigley has proving she owns the company. You can not sue Randy, I just tried. You can't prove he owns the company. If you find the document at the County Clerk and Recorders showing he borrowed money against the building just know I took that document to court, it didn't prove he owned the building for some reason.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I know he has multiple complaints about him. Just imagine being a neighbor to this man. we are new to this neighborhood, come to find out he lives next to us. There have been many complaints with this man, one involving firearms chasing children. I do not understand how someone this crooked is not in jail. try pulling him up on google. it will shock you.
I have contacted a lawyer and WILL BE following through!

Randy's name is well known down at the court house. They will even tell you what ### he is. But in nicer, more professionals terms.

He WILL rip you off. Research his arrest record. Research the number of restraining orders against him.
He has crimes against Adults at Risk and against police officers.

This is how crazy he is. He tried to send an email saying we owe $258 in utilities! Keep in mind these apts have no bAthtub, no dishwasher, no washer or dryer. I currently live in an apartment with all of that and my utilities were $110.
I know Randy Sigley very well unfortunately. He has been a sick individual all his life. He will continue to be so, until he dies. I urge anyone and everyone to steer clear of this man.He is a dandangerous sociopath. You can not reason with a person of his mental illness. Google sociopaths and their behavior. He will be convicted of theft and harassment march 2015 in El Paso Colorado criminal court district 4. All invited to attend the STate vs Randolph Alonzo Sigley. I followed through...
Randolph Alonzo Sigley is facing 3 separate cases and all are for harasment and theft. He is trying to pull his, I have seizures gimmick but I helped Judge Hansen understand this health scam used to swing and change court dates. Next hearing is the trial and it's in July 2015. Presiding Judge is HANSEN. He actually put his hand on the ADA like he was his buddy and the ADA just ignored him the 1st 3 times. He was petrified to come into the court room before his case came up and the judge was advised by the ADA that he was 'uncomfortable " with the victims being in the court room. Well? He should be. He's not a lawyer he's a disbarred has been POS that thinks he knows law and that it gives him power. The judge was laughing when he left. He ran to his ride. A tranny in a red jeep about 4 ft tall, his " life partner "... He has some bangers looking for him too. I gave them his address and picture of his turd hut via google. COURT OR NO COURT I AM GOING TO WRECK YOU. I have been saving bail money just for that day.
He got convicted of harassment. Push, shove, strike. So far... Case C 0212014 M 006252 Division D El Paso, CO. Date not on hand but was cconvicted in September.
I also rented under randy. He tried to tack on a $258 utility bill to my rent saying my thermostat was at 70 degrees. I refused to pay it and told him im moving out. My boyfriend at the time and I broke up and utilities were in his name so he turned them off which then put under randys name. because it was turned off my apartment was considered uninhabitable and I moved out since no electricity and he locked me out of my apartment and that night robbed me and blamed it on my ex who i was still friends with and kept in contact with. he then took me to court and was so prepared I lost and my wages were then garnished. can u send more info on his court case?
Randy, I met your daughter and she is lost, more so of your actions. She needs a man a real man in her life and you need to get with the program! You lost a son a damn fine one and I know like the gods you confess too that your in pain over this issue. I'm honestly surprised nobody has killed this man he has so many enemies and is the biggest piece of u know what. I have ever met. Not only has he robbed my apartment but he stole my social security number since i never gave it to him said he found it in the trash. I hope randy rots in a jail cell till he dies. He hasn't stopped, Got us in the beginning of the year. Wish I would have know his last name and googled or researched before dealing with him. My heart breaks for every one he has done this to and will probably continue to do. He lies, he cheats, he harasses and is a bully! Hopefully others will see these post before dealing with him. We would love to start a class action suit against him if anyone else wants to get involved.
