Purchased two - eight pattern water nozzles and they were guaranteed not to leak and comes with a lifetime warranty. I had them both for less than a year and they both leak. I sent numerous emails and each one of them came back with replies stating they would get back within 48 hours… NEVER HAPPENED!

If you try calling any of their customer service numbers you will get a reply that their mail box is full try again at another time – Gee! I wonder why that is!

I purchased them at my local ACE Hardware store and I called them to let them know what I was dealing with and they were much surprised with the experience I was having. Ace Hardware requested that I would immediately return them to the store for a full refund, note the return on their corporate network and they would return them to Ray Padula for a refund.

Well I’m satisfied with how Ace Hardware responded, but I’m not quite confident anything will become of this! One thing for sure though, I won’t be purchasing anything else with Ray Padula’s name on it!

Don't believe everything you read on these websites of consumers complaining about companies and products, I think people put in bad complaints just to be spiteful. Bought a Ray Padula hose nozzle at Kmart, used it only a few months during the summer & then stored it away in garage with my hose in the winter. One year later took hose & the nozzle out of garage to use & the nozzle leaked water very bad at bottom of it. I did not have the receipt but I either called or emailed the Ray Padula Company they were concerned that I had a product that became defective & they asked that I send a photo of nozzle along with my name, address, phone # & a description of the problem. They said when they got that info from me they would FedEx out to me a brand new nozzle, which they did, received it in 3-5 days. All I can say is great customer service & this is not the first time that I have seen negative complaints from a lot of different people of varied all kinds of products that I think like I said above just to be spiteful & not telling the truth.

I have a Ray Padula sprinkler that I boiught at Home Depot. The base broke. I contacted them back on May 1, 2017 and called several times. I did get to speak to a human twice and both times ( the last being in June 2017) was that the replacement sprinkler was on its way to me. It is now August 2017 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. Not very good Customer service.

Since it worked out so well for you, maybe you can contact them on my behalf. I bought a sprinkler. Less than a month later, it stopped working. I've been in contact with them through email but over a month after my first contacting them about this problem, I still don't have a replacement.

Hose end shutoff leaks after a few months. Bought 4...2 for us and 2 for my parents house. All are in the garbage. Dollar store units working fine after 2 years. Hose your money down the drain with RP! Should be RIP! JUNK!
