Ray White review: Ray White charge for 9 hours to clean a 1 room bedsit

On 18/01/2022 ray white charged me for 2 cleaners working 4.5 hours each to clean a one room bedsit. That is 9 man-hours for a fully tiled room that cleaners tell me takes 20 minutes. When I pointed out how absurd this is, they told me I will have to take the matter up with the cleaner they appointed to do the work. I had intended to make a complaint with the rta (bond holder) but, as a 66 year old pensioner, I clicked the wrong box. Ray white have been sent the bond and deducted the full $368. Ray white tell me this is all innocent and above board but, as someone who has been around a long time I can't help but wonder if there has been some kind of kick-back.
