Dear Tourist:
As a Mexican It is an embarrassment to tell you that a scam is taking place in Mexico which involves Real Club a timeshare resort. Unfortunately I have been scammed by these people. I purchased a timeshare with them because they made tons of verbal promises which are not on the contract, at the end. They say they are not responsible and only will honor what is on the contract.
My advice is that you must not purchase a timeshare, you can FIND BETTER PRICES ONLINE WITHOUT ENROLLING WITH THIS COMPANY.
Sincerly,
Scammed Mexican.
I emailed Heinz Garcia Blumentritt from the customer service department and let him know my complaint in this site.
He just replied " At least you should have written your name". I think that Heinz has showed his lack of professionalism during this situation. Again my suggestion as a customer of real club is you must avoid buying timeshare with Real Club.
I have been advice by SECTUR, the secretary of tourism in Mexico that I should file a complaint with PROFECO. Class action lawsuit are now legal in Mexico, we can stop Real Club and Heinz Garcia Blumentritt.

Common Complaints:
Salespeople claim that the all-inclusive fee is per night, when in reality it is per person per night
Promise to rent out their timeshare weeks as a financial investment and to pay off the membership. In reality, clients are referred to a third party agency that charges a listing fee and does not complete the rental.
Claims that Club Real was better than all timeshares and they are completely different because the salesperson can sell your weeks to other members and potential members who they have lined up ready to buy them. http://www.timesharescam.com/
Don’t buy this vacation membership, it’s not worth it, better shop around all those online travel site.
