From my lips to gods ears real producers is a pyramid scheme that exploits the very people who making the company what it is. They lack serious moral regard for its publishers and integrity! Stay far away from this company if you dont want to lose your own livelihood or savings! They dont actually assign license numbers for you to actually own or have righs to the publication! You live under the constant verbal and literal threat by the executives of the company week after week in order to stoke fear so that you are constantly closing deals it is toxic at its core! Real producers is a company that exploits wholeheartedly its own ppad "publishers" it assigns via a pseudo contract claiming that you are a franchise owner yet they do not assign actual license numbers on their contracts. Regardless if you are in "launch" or have launched they can remove the publication from you at any point in time. They are as unscrupulous as they come. When you sign the contract to become a "franchise owner" week after week you're obligated to chase leads minimum 100 calls average like with any real estate model you are constantly required tirelessly to close contracts because at any point in time people can walk away from their contracts. The commission split is so insulting they take majority of the commission once you reach "profit" they take nearly 60% which never disclose upfront there is no negotiating your commission its already set. Youre in a perpetual state of chasing leads which is why they require you to sell to the point of exhaustion literally! Once you reach certain milestones your launch coaches direct you on to the next level of launch and every expense paid for content, writing, editing, photography is all at the expense of the franchise owner. And that is fine because as with any business you rightfully own this is expected, except with real producers you don't actually own it, they do and they dont tell you that until you begin to question the executives at the top which they will then flag you! What I lived through was literal hell! We are filing a class action lawsuit against the company for all damages incurred at their direction. In regards to the photography we are told to make a deal which is unfair to the photographers that we are supposed to have them take all the photos for content media marketing and not pay them in exchange for publicity in a magazine which there is no guarantee even worse most esteemed photographers I work with this is their full time livelihood! Its pure exploitation at its finest of the publisher's "franchisee", the photographers and all at the expense of the franchisee to procure business that goes to the company for profit with small commission to the actual publishers hence why the perpetual state of chasing leads to the point of moral degradation.

Recommendation: Please stay far away from this company they truly lack integrity in every aspect of real estate business. I have worked in NYC development for nearly 11 years and this is by far the worst in a company I have ever seen. They geneuinely do not care about hard working people on either side they simply care about the bottom line and I have endless recordings and messages to prove it!
