Red Paw Health Services review: abusive behaviour

Red paw tester, I believe his name is william is extremely sarcastic, rude and ignorant. He yelled at me for being 10 minutes early and said to me that "my kind" should not stress him out. I asked him what he meant by that but he sneered off topic and told me to go outside and take a walk and come in 2 minutes before and not 10 minutes before. Then when I come in he barks at me, and tells me I have to wait 20 minutes until my credit card data go through his computer cause he says hes been having problems with people passing off fake credit cards on him and he didn't want to service me until my card was sure not to be rejected, even though it said accepted and printed "approved". He says you can never tell if its really approved until half hour later. He make me feel like a criminal. Then he rush me through and says to me had I brought cash, this all could have been avoided. He then tell me the results will take a month or two because hes going on vacation. I ask him how I will know when there ready and he tell me that's why they invented the telephone. I said what you mean. He said:"you do know how to use a telephone, don't you?". I look at him square in the eye and he tell me i'm finished and to leave quickly because I delay his next patient so much. I don't believe this guy. He is so so rude and he treat me like i'm a criminal. I don't know why people go here or use his service. The results I got were all wishy washy anyways.
