I purchased a Renogy charger in November last year, after countless e mails Renogy told me I’d purchased the wrong charger and the problem was mine, when I showed them a message from a employee called Marven advising me to purchase that item they finally admitted the fault was theirs and asked me to return it which I did, they said I would have my refund within 7 to 10 days. This was the 30th of June. Since then I have received 32 messages apologising for the delay in my refund, I opened a case with Renogy on their website and still no refund, so I sent another email to which they replied with a case number and asked me to write back quoting that case number, when I did this it said the case was closed. In total we have exchanged 84 messages from operatives called, Bjorn, Erwin, Kaylo, Kay, Joe, Charlie, Isa, Marven, Alexis, Karen, John, Emil, Edzal, Light, John Michael, all I have received are endless apologies saying they are referring the case to the highest level, 8 weeks since they told me my refund would arrive within 7 to 10 days and still apologise but no refund. This is the worst customer service I have received from any supplier in my 62 years on this planet, I have had no option but to start a claim in the small claims court to recover my purchase money and costs, unless you want to experience the same has myself avoid purchasing from Renogy AT ALL COST.

Renogy Scrtd. has taken poor customer service to a whole new level. You’ve been patient, but after 84 messages and endless apologies, it's clear they’re more interested in stalling than solving your issue. Eight weeks for a refund that was supposed to take 7 to 10 days? Ridiculous. Starting a claim in small claims court sounds like the right move — Renogy clearly doesn’t know how to handle business. Consider this a strong warning for anyone thinking of buying from them.
