Received free trial at a cost of .99, tried 3 times to call (different numbers) never got through to anyone. Tried to email twice to email address (found under the terms section) it came back delivery failure. When you call the toll free number, it tells you can cancel at www.myordersupport.com but when you get to that website, it keeps coming up error on page no matter what you try to do. (I never have this problem) Needless to say I was getting a little nervous about the company. I tried to find an address on the internet and regular phone and couldn't. So what I did was call my credit card company and told them my problem, that I felt sure they were going to charge my account for $80 plus dollars. What they did for me was put a block on my account which will stay on until I unblock it. Of course I can't use it for anything until I unblock it. They also said it any charges had been posted they have fraud protection. Anyone who's account was charge should contact their credit card company and dispute the charge! If when I unblock my account and somehow they charge me I will dispute it. I would never order anything from the company!

I had the same problem. I was charged 87.13 twice and have not received the product, only the free 30 day trial. I canceled my debit card and still trying to get a refund from my bank for both charges. Had I known I would have this kind of problem canceling I would have never tried the 30 day free trial supply. I had 4 phone numbers and still have not been able to get through to them.

I'm having the same problem. Feel like a fool. But listen, if you block your account, won't they rope you in with a collection agency, and thus destroy your credit because you didn't pay?

This free trial of Resveratrol Ultra is a scam and ResveratrolUltra.com is a crook. They used the most famous talk show host and TV reporter to scheme money from consumers. I am one of their victims. We shall file the class law suit against the company. This is the worst internet scam that I have ever encountered.

I have had the same problems other users have complained of. Tried to call the toll free number listed on the bottle. After holding forever, I was finally cut off. Went to the webpage but couldn't get past the sign in page. I guess I am going to have to call my credit card company and put a block on my card also! How aggravating!

I have had the same problems getting through to the company that others have listed. Called the 800 number, and while on hold was directed to a website where I could cancel the product, only to not be able to login to the website. After being on hold for at least 10 minutes I was finally cut off. I guess I'm also going to have to cancel my credit card before it gets charged. How annoying!

I had the same problem. It appears they are using cutomer service reps out of India. The whole thing is a scam and fraud. When you do get someone they don't give you their full name and Id #. The government should get on these people and arrest them for fraud. They ship from Hollywood, Florida. I have been trying to get a refund for the last two weeks and they don't respond.

I to for some reason ordered. I called my credit card company, trying to cancel when I was not able to contact the company. The credit card company gave me a different phone number for them and I was able to talk to someone right away. The number is [protected]. I was able to cancel before my order shipped ... Good luck!

I called this number [protected] The first two times a recording about dailing a wrong number came on, so i pressed redail and i got though and canceled my free trial

I cancelled my account the day I order the product. It took forever to get someone on the phone. I saw that the product was going to cost $87.13 and knew I was being ripped off if they followed it up with a bill. I did not even finish ordering the product. They sent the free sample, even with me canceling the order! A 2 week supply of pills, not even the month that they said. I just got the bill and will be attempting to get my money back. They claim to be out of Florida, I think more like Philippines or Indonesia. The girl I spoke with was not America. Not from UK either. She was very helpful at telling me that my account did not exist and it was not a problem. I would not be charge. WRONG! Thing is the pills did not do a thing, they send you out the "ultra" pills which contain a laxative! Even that didn't work. It is all much to do about taking your money.

i hade the same problem i was on hold for 15 min! and i could'nt talk to anyone! i got really scared.. then i read one of the complaints and seen a phone number and got through right away to someone who helped me..it was [protected].. that was for the ultra.. if you orderd the rez melts like i also did.. you have to call another number.. it is [protected]. what a pain this was! never again.. i dont know about you guys but when i was taking the ultra all it did was make me tired!

It's a real scam ! These crooks have to be stopped and punished. They are ripping people off ! I was charged for $87 plus taxes ! Just got someone on the phone (thanks to other victims who discovered the actual phone number) But previously had to stop my credit card ! ### !

I had to cancel my credit card today because of these theives. I received my credit card statement yesterday and saw 2 charges for $87.13. I am furious about this company. I tried calling the number listed on my statement and the website and of course couldn't get through to anyone. I was able to log into myordersupport.com and checked my order. They had a selection listed to cancel account. I clicked it and it appeared to close the account, but I never received confirmation that it was closed. It also suggested to send an email to billing@fwmlabs.com to cancel the account. You must list your full name, address, and that you are terminating the subscription. To cover myself, I decided to close my credit card account. I filed a cardholder dispute at my bank today to hopefully get the charges removed.

I never never knew these people existed until today. I bank with Guaranty Bank/Best Bank out of Milwaukee, WI. Two to three weeks ago, the bank had a system crash. After the crash, I was having problems using my bank card. Today, I attempted to use my bank card and it declined. I went to the bank to find out what was going on. The bank did not inform their customers that the system crash left customer information vulnerable. Identity hackers got into the customer account information and started stealing from customer accounts and wiping them out. My account was wiped out as well. One of the companies involved in this was www.ezmelts.com. This company also sells the product everyone on this site is complaining about. I want to give everyone the heads up on these people. They along with two other dummy companies zeroed my account without my knowledge. There is no telling what these people will do that are given personal information willingly from the public. GO TO YOUR RESPECTIVE BANKS AND CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION. ALSO, CHECK YOUR CREDIT REPORT. AND INFORM THE AUTHORITIES IF NEEDED.
