Active Plus active plus

Dear Active+ Support,
ORDER ID: [protected] ordered a TRIAL! I received a serum and a cream and now received another cream 18 October 2017, which I haven't opened and will return as I did not order this. The payments were unauthorised and I want to be refunded and do not know how to get hold of them. This company needs to be stopped! will appreciate contact details of this company if anyone can assist

Active Plus active plus anti-ageing moisturiser

Ordered and received one 50 ml jar as a free sample, ANZ Visa Credit Card was charged $AU5.10 on 29th July 2017 and product arrived within approximately three weeks.
No instructions or any readable conditions received.
Thought nothing more about product until a further parcel arrived recently Order ID : [protected] for a further Active Plus Youth Cream, dated 7th September 2017. A corresponding Visa Card payment of $140.03 (US$138.62) has been charged to my account on 3rd September.
Did not open and am returning via registered mail following advice from the ANZ Credit Card fraudulent transactions team advice. On reconciliation of credit card statement found a transaction dated 19th August for AU134.93 including Overseas tax ... but no corresponding parcel has ever been received. I reported the matter to the ANZ Card team and am now following their advice to cancel any other orders that may be pending and demanding a refund of the transactions totalling $274.96 forthwith.

Active Plus youth cream

Order Nos. [protected] and [protected] Refer.
I ordered 2 free items, and informed I would only be charged for postage.
Received goods Sept 5
On my VISA statement I was then charged a further amount of $131.87 plus 4.48 International transaction fee. on Sept 21 and $127.00 plus international transaction fee of $4.31 on Sept 8.
I would like to receive a full credit for these amounts.

Active Plus active + youth serum

12th September 2017 ordered the above free trail.paid $ 5.67 NZ .
12th September 2017 had a second amount same as above deducted from my bank account..
22nd September had $146.87 NZ removed from my account the name of Vpeaksinfode next to the amount.
23rd September had $141.87 NZ removed from my account. Helpdeskmaxt next to the ammount
On reading other complaints not the only one to go through this.
This is obviously fraud and i would like this stopped and my money returned to my bank account as soon as possible . By close of our NZ banking day 25th September 2017. Hope you can help me.

Active Plus Active Plus Anti-Aging Moisturiser

I was offered a sample of the anti-aging cream. To my horror I found I had been debited an amount of $131.19 on 26th August, 2017 and $128.45 on 29.8.17 from my bank account. This was not agreed to and I demand an immediate refund. I have contacted my bank and legal representative to commence action as this is false advertising, not to mention illegal. The manufacturer needs to inform customers if there is an ongoing cost, not manipulate people to proceed to unauthorised debt. Totally disgusting and immoral. This company needs to be de-registered.

Active Plus active plus

I ordered 2 free samples of active plus and was charged delivery fee of $5 for each on the 4/7/17. Without my permission, I was then charged 2 amounts of $134.93 and $130.81 on the 17th and 19th of July this year. I would appreciate if my account could be refunded ASAP.

Active Plus active plus anti aging moisturiser and youth serum unauthorised credit card charge

I responded to a facebook advertisement for Active Plus Anti-Aging Moisturiser and Active Plus Youth Serum on the 2/6/17 and the product supposedly was free and a postal fee was charged. The amount of $4.95 AUD plus an international fee of $0.07AUD and $4.87AUD plus an international fee of $0.07 AUD was charged to my credit card. The products arrived about 3 weeks later with no invoice or payment details. Since then my credit card has been debited on 16/6/17 for AUD$131.00 plus International Transaction Fee (ITF) AUD$1.97, 18/6/17 for AUD$127.00 plus ITF AUD$1.91, 2/7/17 for AUD$135.95 plus ITF AUD $1.98, 2/7/17 for AUD$131.87 plus ITF AUD$2.04 all without my consent. I would like a refund for all these amounts as I did not authorise my credit card to be debited. If I am not refunded I will be seeking legal advise.

Bought the product on Facebook, it was supposed to be a sample pot of Moisturizer for the cost of $4.95 postage but they took $131.00 plus the postage $135.95 total, from my bank account. Postage taken out on 6/6/2017 and other amount taken out 21/6/2017. I did not authorize for this credit.

I have been sent face créme I haven't ordered.
It has been taken over 900:- swedish krones
twice from my master card account.
If you don't wright away send my my money back im going to contact the swedish consumer company.

over 1.800 swedish krones from my mastercard account.
I will complain to the swedish consumer
rights if you dont take away my account.

This has happened to me as well and I don't want the product that I have not consented for automatic withdrawal from my credit card. Any advice to resolve this issue would be helpful. Thanks

This also happened to me I paid the initial $4.95 give or take a few dollars for US fee and banking fee. I did not consent to any further deliveries or consent to money being taken out of my credit card. So far I have been charged $405 as I said give or take US fees and banking fees. I still have the product. I do not want the product. My Active Plus cream and Active Plus Youth Serum, I also wish to resolve this problem. I have notified my bank today and the credit card details are now blocked so no further payments will be able to be taken out. This is a wrought, I can not believe that by clicking on to an add on Facebook and wanting a sample for Facebook or this company has the right to freely use my credit card whenever they like without authority from me. I always thought that the number was protected, guess what it isn't so be very careful. I also was receiving the tablets to help with weight loss. I have another amount coming out for that as well, it was a sample. My bank will be investigating this as a fraud, so I await their reply

This exact same thing has just happened to me as well. Cancelled my credit card when I realised, but waiting for my bank to investigate and hopefully refund the money (almost $500 AUD) after all I consented to was a free moisturiser sample and $4.95 AUD postage.
