Good day
I am from South Africa. I ordered one of your youth creams that was on special for R 50.00 and I received it a week a go where I paid R 208.00 customs fee (witch is ok), BUT then today I got another one witch I did not ordered and had to pay R 202.00 as the post office did not want to returned it to sender without me paying for the postage witch I do not have the money for.
Please advise how you will compensate me for this?

I keep receiving products I have not order and money is being deducted from my account
I order a free trial product and now keep recieving more products and do not have any contact details to contact the company to cancel the order.
2 weeks ago I return 2 products and this week I received more creams and money has been deducted for my account.
I have gone to the website where i ordered the free trial and still cannot make contact with the company.

I have not subscribed to Active Plus Youth Cream. I merely applied for the free sample as per online ad. The shipping fee was R99 in South African Currency.
On 29 June and 12 July 2017 the debited my credit card with R1331.74 and R1449.61. I contacted the customer care on 15 August 2017 where they cancelled the account but they refuse to refund me. They confirmed that no more payments will be debited from my credit card. Surprise ! The very same day they make another deduction of R1439.71 . When I contacted them again earlier today and the agent (Jessica) claimed that she could not stop the 3rd payment as it was already done on 11 August although my statement clearly states that it was done on 15 August.
IT GETS WORSE! -- I have not yet received any product from them but they are not shy to take my money. They cannot supply me a tracking no for the shipment from America to South Africa. They advised me to try and trace the so called sent product in S.A. but our post offices need a tracking no. I have lost a lot of money. This company is a SCAM and I would advise everybody to not respond to their marketing tricks. Maureen Bossert

I ordered active plus youth cream on facebook which was on special for r99 this was done with my credit card on the 05/02/2017
This so called company active plus has taken money off my credit card of r1, 376 for the last two months.
On the 12/07/2017 I get a message on my email from the company active plus, myaccountsupport [protected]@myaccounts.net
To say my subscriptions has now been cancelled.
I did not sign up for any subscription to this company.
I am a pensioner and I can not afford to pay this amount and now I am being handed over because of this company has taken money
Off my credit card under false pretenses.
This is fraud.
I want my money put back.
They are big con artists. They are taking money under false pretences, it is fraud and corruption. You can't get hold of anybody. I kept the envelope the sample came in and I sent them a stinking letter.. I have instructed them to pay back my money. I will contact the Switzerland Government and ask them to investigate.
I was billed 4 times on my card. They refunded 2 payments but I had to go through the credit card fraud to get the other 2 amounts refunded. Yes they are a huge scam. The crazy thing is the Active plus serum is an excellent product so why sell it this way.
The same thing has just happened to my mom in South Africa - this Jessica idiot seems to be the only person working behind the computer she is using to scam people with.
I hope the banks will help to investigate this.

I am being referred to our customs and post office to trace the packages but without a tracking no. no one can assist me.

The customer care agent Jessica states that the product is shipped internationally. Once the shipment switches postal carriers, the tracking information is no longer valid and therefore they cannot assist me. I am stuck. No money and no products and no assistance from Support@activehealth. Maureen
Absolutely the same thing happened to me. And they sent me an email giving phone numbers i could call to get a refund, surprise, surprise, the numbers are not connected! Also the website to contact cannot be found. This has happened to me twice this year! Do not send for a "free sample" and enter cc details as they will bill your card hundreds of dollars after one month, even though there was no paperwork or agreement when purchasing the $5.00 sample.
It is time to make these people known!
