fraudulant charge to my VISA
I ordered a Free Trial of Advanced Colon Cleanser for $1.95 shipping on 7-1-10. Checked my Visa on 7-2 only to find a pending charge for $99.96. Called immediately and canceled; I was given a cancellation # and the rep assured me nothing would ship and there would be no further charges to my Visa. Nothing shipped, nothing received. Thought all okay. The pending charge did fall off my Visa on 7-13-10. On 7-21-10 a charge for $99.96 plus a "Foreign Transaction Fee" of $1.99 was charged to my Visa card from this company. After three phone calls today they basically keep telling me that the charge is a valid charge. They tell me according to their terms and conditions when I pressed submit I was agreeing to that charge. I printed out the terms and conditions and read it to a supervisor on the last call and he said I didn't apply for a Free Trail Offer. What?! I have my receipt and it clearly shows that I did. This is absolutely horrible. $101.95 is a lot of money to me and I cannot afford to just say "oh, well" and let it go. I see there are many other complaints on this board about this company. So I know I am not the only one calling them for a refund. These people are crooks, theives, liars and scam artists. I will need a whole lot more than a colon cleanse before this is over. I only hope no one else gets tricked like I did.

NOTE: Any product under the company's guise you should be wary of. Advanced cleanse has now been changed to Advanced Colon but is still part of this company's offering!
I have had the experience that most the previous complaints have outlined! I was filling out the FBI scam form (as suggested by another) when I decided to do more research on this company. Since you receive no invoice, etc. it makes contact rather difficult (must blame myself for 99% of this )
They are Calais Naturals LLC which is actually in Florida and managed by a company called Sterling Management LLC. The complaints that have been filed against them is incredible (and you figure that is just those that know to file with the BBB) I am attaching the site so you will be able to get a refund ~AS I DID!
I can assure you that they will balk at this initially and give you the same line as the "customer care" dept. (interesting wording~care)!
Anyway, when you read to them the info from the BBB report they will change their tune. I was shocked at what was being charged to me! I ended up receiving 4 cancellation #'s!

I just experienced exactly the same thing--I ordered the trial and they sent 2 bottles and will not accept a return. I also went through the entire bit of their terms and conditions even though like you I read them my "trial" information. (I just cancelled my debit card number so if they try to charge my card again my bank won't accept the charge). Best I can tell, the company is Nutricion Craze limited. W. 125 Woods Centre St Johns, Antigua and the rebate center is the Nutrition Craze Rebate Center, 8902 E. Via Linda #110-17, Scottsdale, AZ 85258. I'm so upset I could spit nails.
(This same thing happened to me with the Acai Optimum which I ordered a trial size at the same time).
