FRAUD
I was charged 99.99 for teeth whitening product I never asked for or about. My wife tracked them down and complained they sent me an email
Alpinewhite.coms actual URL is netspeedhosting.com. Visa fraud dept thank god caught this transaction.
Your AlpineWhite.com account has been canceled per your request. You will receive no further charges to your account.
Thank You,

Scam
This is a scam, now in the UK. You purchase a kit for £2.95. Then despite cancelling "subscription and cancelling your debit card and calling company to cancel and being issued with a cancellation reference number, I had two amounts taken from my account totalling £81.46 on Dec 1. I called the customer care number of their UK operation and got nowhere. I asked for the address of the UK branch and she said she did not have it but would ring me back. She did not. I have reported them to government Consumer Direct office.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Somebody needs to stop them
In response to the defense of Alpine White, Everwhite, IBuildWealth, Online Health. This company, whatever its real name is, is obviously doing dirty business. If you are an honest company, you don't advertise in big letters that this is a free trial and then in little tiny letters say this isn't really the deal. Every company that does do free trials of this sort will make every effort to make sure you understand the terms. These people obviously have made every effort to make sure you don't understand. Even when you call customer service, they skirt around everything. They are hurting people who cannot afford it. Somebody needs to stop them.
Unauthorized charges
I foolishly responded to an offer for $1.95. which did eventually show up. I have never used this product to date and do not intend to do so now. However I have since been contacted by the "company" (?) by telephone who said they would send me an extra tray as a bonus. I said OK - again foolishly. Today separate charges for $4.95 and $49.95 have shown up on my account. I tried to contact them online ( the only offer of contact) and was told it is a fraudulent name using another company's name & address! So I have no means of contacting them. I plan to put a stop on the charges from my end and cancel my credit card.
EXACTLY WHAT MY BANK RECOMMENDED. AS SOON AS THE CHARGE IS POSTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT CONTACT YOUR BANK - THEY CAN THEN ACT. JUST CHANGING YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT WORK - IT CAN BE TRACED ...!
Many months ago, a friend recommended I try a free trial of tooth whitening product. I ordered, thought better of it, and cancelled within the required time. No sample arrived.
However, my credit card was charged. I called Alpine White again and told them not to send product or charge my card. My credit card company reversed the charge. A few months go by, I get an unknown charge, for $49.99, by a new billing name. Again my card company reverses the charge. Several more months go by, I get an unknown charge, from what sounds like a home improvement company. My credit card company gives me a credit. A few days later, Alpine White arrives from a new location. The scam is that they charge you credit card and hope you won't notice it. Very dishonest company.
Alpine White scam is the same dudes (Utah and Florida cats) who done the Everbright smiles scam. Report them to the Florida Attorney General ( http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Economic_Crimes ) and the FTC (www.ftc.gov)

SCAM: Customer Serice Numbers &Disconnected&
Had the same experience as brittrinla & ken anthony (who commented on Dimecat's post). Upon calling their "Customer Service Department" [protected]) to request an RMA #, I found that the number was disconnected. I managed to find one other number [protected]) and that number was "temporarily disconnected."
Here's some of the links they use to hook you:
- A story about a schoolteacher that whitened her smile for under $3: http://consumertipreport.com/Teeth-Whitening/?t202id=392&t202kw=cpx
- Alpine White's website: https://www.alpinewhiteteeth.com/r/0002/Default.aspx
- Basically all the reviews found when searching on Google (they paid people to write them): http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&safe=off&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&q=%22alpine+white%22+review&btnG=Search
Bottom line, Alpine White (formerly "Ever-Brite") is a SCAM & if you ordered anything from them, you should call your bank/credit card company immediately & ask for your card/account number to be changed/canceled & reissued. Also tell them that Alpine White is a scam company so that they can at least keep it in their records & check up on it.

scambusters your list is wrong. Many of these companies have similar sounding names. The complains in this thread relate to either Patrick Terry/Chris Hopson or XM Brands and Issa Asad as both have used Alipne White as the name of their product
Your list is the URL's of another scammer Jesse Willms but he isnt scamming people for free teeth whitening anymore, probably hiding out on an island
TheTruth:
These names are related to Alpine White only. You made me doubt where I posted this but when I scrolled up I think I put this list on the proper complaint because that's who the complaint is about.
Everbright has an equally ugly rating of "F" on the BBB though.
scam busters, your list looks more like just think media/jesse willms not related to patrick terry/everbright

They have to scam a lot of people to pay for all those urls! I don't think I need to mention their BBB "F" rating. Make a complaint to the FTC.
The real scammers behind Alpine White/Bella bright/Everbright and who knows what other scams are Chris Hopson and Patrick Terry of Houston TX and Miami FL
email and call Patrick his email is sawboys@gmail.com us number is [protected] and UK number is +[protected]
on skype at patrick.terry3
government officials take note of the gmail. its loaded with everything you need to put patrick in jail for this scam.
Read the lawsuit filed against him by Meritus payment systems in CA. They dont even ship any product, the scam is to get people to buy, charge their cc's for as long as people dont call and chargeback the charge they get as much money out of the banks then go belly up and leave millions of dollars in consumer fraud and losses for banks, consumers and many others.

This company is VERY SHADY! I ordered the "free trial" and never got an email confirmation from Alpine White. As soon as I tried to track them down is when I started running into dead ends. The 800 number on the product box, doesn't work. The website address on the product packaging doesn't work. In fact the real owners of the domain (www.alpinewhite.com are very angry and frustrated with the teeth-whitening-scammers and are still looking for information regarding there whereabouts).
I couldn't respond to the 14 day trial (and YOU WON"T BE ABLE TO EITHER) because there is no way to cancel your order.
The company I finally got billed by is not even called Alpine White. It showed up on my bank statement as Teeth White. The phone number that "Teeth White" left with the bank in case there were any issues was actually the 800 number of another bank!
A few days ago I received an email confirmation about an order from a company called TeethID. The email said my order was being processed and has been shipped according to my instructions. WHAT? I never ordered anything from a company called TeethID.
SO it appears there is a company out there operating under the guise of several companies, possibly changing their name every couple days.
Now Alpine WHite is posting "articles" that appear to be written by non-biased parties and also claiming that NO COMPLAINTS ("at the time of this writing") have been filed against Alpine WHite.
My suggestion: FILE COMPLAINTS with the BBB. Call your bank once the unauthorized charge gets posted to your account. Ask the CSR at your bank to try dialing the number provided by the merchant. Have your bank launch an investigation.
I'm still cleaning up the mess caused by my curiosity about a product that claimed to work just as well (maybe even better) than what the dentist uses. Sound too good to be true? It is.
Teeth Whitening Product
Upon visiting the following website, they redirect you to two other sites. Signing up for a sample product, you are automatically signed up for monthly/yearly costs.
When I tried to leave a comment to encourage people to cancel membership, the comments section links to an error page...

Scam for sure - the only way to stop them is to change your credit card number and do a charge back on what was billed already. Do it now --- no BS.

Hello,
A couple of suggestions:
1. Contact the issuer of the credit card you gave to order this product immediately after cancelling the membership. Have this website in front of you so that you can let the issuer know of any aliases that the company may use to charge to automatically charge your card. Some credit card companies offer (most of them for a small fee) the option to not auto-pay ANYTHING that you have not given permission to do so.
2. In the future, anytime you order something on a "Trial Basis" because you're unsure of the product or company, use a pre-paid visa or mastercard (such as greendot) that you can buy from any drug store. It's worth the $5 you'll spend to activate a pre-paid debit card up front than the hundreds of dollars you'll spend both monetarily and with your time trying to rectify these kinds of issues.
3. If your initial investment is small and you're extremely wary that you're falling for a scam, don't use your real name on the order request - just the correct delivery address. If you're postal carrier delivers the usual junkmail, flyers and catalogs addressed to 'Resident', you should receive anything that doesn't require UPS or FED EX.
4. Lastly, use an email address that is devoted to all communication that is completely void of your personal information that remains anonymous to your identity.
I just received my product 9 days after ordering it from my local news station's website for participating in a survey; after the order was completed, the confirmation email stated I'd receive it within 48-72 hours. I'm going to try it now. If it works, I'll gladly reorder (again, using a pre-paid anonymous debit card) and pay full price. However, if it doesn't work, I wish this company luck attempting to debit a card that is not tied to my name that now has a $0.15 balance on it...and not having the ability to prove one bit that I personally made this order.
Good luck to all who are having trouble. Good luck to me for trying it after reading the reviews!
Florida Attorney General is investigating these scammers (XM Brands/Everbrite/Alpine White/Ryan Eagle ) - if you have been scammed report it to:

i ordered this abt a week ago and jus told them to cancel it and they did, but i can find the number for vivd white smile...its nt crest. and they already charged me 120. it anyone noes the number or how to contact them please post them or sumthing!
I just ordered the Alpine White promotion deal, and cannot get ahold of them to cancel the trial period. I never fall for the scamms, but apparently as I just found out this one is.
It is impossible to get a hold of customer service, no one picks up, have been on hold for an obscene amount of time! I wish I had researched it earlier. And to add insult to injury a friend and I ordered both, Alpine and EverBrite. Although EverBrite did answer, and said they would cancel my account, I still have not received the confirmation email. This is terrible.
Thanks for all of your comments, I will cancel my card now without delay.
Alpine White scam can be reported to the FTc at www.FTC>gov and to the Attorney General of FLorida who are investigating XM Brands (Alpine White/Everbrite etc) scams: wwwmyfloridalegal.com
Hi Jess,
They took me for a total of $104.75, the initial agreed upon $4.95 then two monthly payment of $49.90 each. I went into the bank and canceled my bank card, and got a new card immediately. They also use different names for each charge, which means that the banks can't block the company you have to cancel the card. So depending on the type on pay you should be able to stop all future payment.
So also plan email the webmaster of ever website that I can. If this site violates the SEO terms someone should be able to shut them down.
Alpine White scam is the same folks (Utah and Florida cats) who done the Everbright smles scam. Report them to the Florida Attorney General ( http://myfloridalegal.com/Contact.nsf/Contact?OpenForm&Section=Economic_Crimes ) and the FTC (www.ftc.gov)

Bout time these scammers and thieves got shut down and locked up.
Yes, Alpine White is a scam, however, it is it's partner, which was called "Ultra Whites" when I ordered, but was under the name MLN*EVERBRITWHITS.COM on my credit card statement that is the real problem. They charged me the full amount 3 days after my trial period began, a full 7 days before my trial was over. It is now 7 days since I ordered the trial and still have not recieved anything in the mail. I had to contact my credit card company to have them put me through to their customer service. I'm currently on hold with them, 25 minutes in. Very difficult to understand.
And the proof that it's a scam:
Either go to this website, the dates change everyday to state that today (whatever day that might be) is the final day of the trial. None of the stories or comments left are real. Read the fine print on the bottom. SCAM.
OR, read here, I've copied from the site the fine print from the bottom:
* Alpine White (the following was taken directly from their website): Beginning on the day that you place an order for a product (“Product”) from the Website, Your ten (10) day *Trial period begins (“*Trial Period”). The *Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, not business days. # You will be shipped a thirty (30) day supply of the Product You ordered. Generally, Your Product is shipped 3 to 5 days after placing your order. Delivery time is subtracted from your *Trial Period, and will reduce the number of days allocated to your *Trial Period. If you want to extend your *Trial Period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, you must call Our Customer Service Department. Reasonable requests (as determined by us) to extend Your *Trial Period generally will be granted. # If you are satisfied with the Product and wish to continue to receive the Product on a monthly basis, you need do nothing else. Upon the expiration of the *Trial Period, Your credit card will be billed for the full cost of the Product that you ordered (i.e., a thirty day supply). # On the thirtieth day following the date you first ordered Your Product, We will send you another thirty (30) day supply of the Product, and the credit card you provided to us will be automatically billed for the Product. # Upon signing up for the 10 day trial membership you will be charged up to $3.97 depending on various shipping and initial offer promotions at that time but not more than $3.97 upon signing. If not cancelled, you will be charged $89.97 upon completion of the 10 day trial period. Monthly thereafter or 30 days from the original order date, the charge will reoccur monthly at a total of $89.97 until cancelled. # This charge will reoccur monthly at a total of $89.97 until cancelled # If You are not satisfied with the Product and wish to cancel future deliveries of the Product, You must call Our Customer Service Department prior to the expiration of the *Trial Period and cancel your order. You need not return the Product to us if you cancel within the *Trial Period.
* Ultra Whites (the following was taken directly from their website): When you enroll in our membership program ("Program"), we will charge the card the card you provide the activation fee specified on the order checkout page and send you a trial supply. If you contact customer service to terminate your enrollment within (10) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else. Your enrollment date is the date that you submit your order for the trial product. If you do not cancel within (10) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, we will charge the same card you provided at enrollment 87.47. Then, beginning about (32) days after we charge the Membership Fee to your card and every (32) days thereafter, we will send you a fresh monthly shipment of the product and charge your card $87.47 ("Monthly Charge") when each supply ships. You can cancel monthly shipments and avoid further Monthly Charges at any time by contacting customer service at our customer service phone number. Live customer service agents are available 9am to 7pm EST on Monday to Friday. To return a Product for an exchange due to shipping damage or when cancelling your order during your 10 Day Trial Period, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (“RMA”) number by contacting the customer service phone number. Live customer service agents are available 9am to 7pm EST on Monday to Friday. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the customer service department by phone as directed above. Please note that we cannot process or exchange Product marked "Return to Sender" or sent to us without an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
