AmatuerMatch.com Email spam

All of a sudden as of about 3 days ago I have been getting spammed with email for dating and hooking up. about 30-40 per day. a few of the emails mention amatuermatch which is a site I have never been too. There is a link to at the bottom of the web page to stop sending emails but it does not work. All of the emails are from gmail accounts and the gmail spam filter gets about 90% of of them but still getting several that slip through the filter every day. The emails need to stop.

This site is a complete (scam), non-secured and filled with adulterous people cheating in other cities. Basically it's a site for people wanting to cheat and have affairs in marriages and they go on a public site to meet someone to have it. Now why does anyone look 200 miles away to have an affair. They are that hard up for SEX that they are going to go 200 miles to get it with a (complete) stranger ! Let's get realistic here ! They (ATTENTION) on the web, it excites them. No one is going to travel these distances to sleep with a total stranger, not to mention the dangers of the affair in the first place. People get killed over things like this ! I also noticed the same problems others noted here, fake photos and profiles, scammers from Nigeria, Russia. And right as your membership as expires, all the sudden your mail box is (FLOODED) with mail from people who haven't sent you mail at all, because as soon as you sign back up, the mail (disappears) in your box or you reply and find out they don' have clue who you are and why you replied ! Even the women that lived within 20 miles of me couldn't connect by mail or phone with you no matter how easy you offered to make the meeting. I have never met even one person on this site face to face yet after 3 times and hundreds of contacts, many very close in Florence, Kentucky. I have a degree in physics and law and did some figuring of the numbers here and they do not fit at all. Not one person came forward to meet in person for even a couple of hours and they only had to drive 20 minutes to meet. My photo shows me very well, I'm 5'8", 145 lbs, dark eyes and hair, very neat. I designed lasers at IBM and college degreed, very loving ad caring. Now no one can tell me that it isn't worth driving 20 minutes to meet someone that treats you with complete respect and courtesy. Or they can't get over the past boyfriend, or lover they had because that topic comes up fast with them, that's a love killer instantly and trouble ! My profile is (ibm-ibm) on the site. I'm open to comments relating to this and you may e-mail me if you like, ( pete_dennison@yahoo.com ), Thank you for your thoughts and time, Pete

Yes it's true this site is a scam because I at first did'nt buy it, so for maybe 2 months I just joined and observed this sites activities. Everyday I would get e-mails from girls supposedly in my area that was interested in meeting up and doing things. So the catch is the fact that you have to upgrade your service in order to respond to your e-mails from these phantom girls. So one day interestingly I did find someone that I was interested in so I upgraded for 29.99$ and after that I thought I was in business but to my surprise all the e-mails I sent I did'nt get a response or I got a response that was'nt worth my time in the first place so I finally started to question was this thing real or a fake. These girls are not interested in any thing but getting you to upgrade for the money and you don't hear from them anymore or you get some BS e-mail... what's up with that...fraudulent business at it's best...I won't continue with this after my time expires.

I was dumb enough to do it as well and same story as everyone else so I got kinda nasty with my profile and made alot of comments on the supposed women's profile pictures telling what they actually where, then went to the cam girls area and got kind of rude 'yawn' was my favorite line and the girls on cam will always reply to that, I figure if its going to take my money for nothing I might aswell have some fun.It also says if you want to close your account you have to call some stupid phone number that doesn't get answered so I just changed my card number. You pays your money you takes your chances, but heck why not have a little fun with it.

I have received several interesting emails from a numerous women and absolutely none of them has panned out, they contact you, you contact them back an thats about the extent of it, its been a big disappointment for me, its a shame that no one has any morals about taking others peoples money, an people wonder why our youth is so jack-up, the only values we teach them as an adult society is to take from others, as if they deserve somebody elses goood fortune.

I've just had the same experience! Two of the women that claimed they wanted to meet me then directed me to the "Deprived Women's Club" website, which is a total scam to collect money by getting age-certified--you cannot even get to the website from there! I've also had the same experience with the women that have answered me back--they write one or two e-mails, then I never hear from them again--what is it with these websites? I've also caught a few of these women online, and when I try to IM them they suddenly disappear--very suspicious as well! I agree--don't waste your hard-earned money on this website, especially when money is so tight these days.

ANOTHER THING IS 99% OF THE CONTACTS YOU MAKE ON AMATUER MATCH ARE A BUNCH OF SALES REPS FOR OTHER WEB SITES THAT WILL COST YOU UP TO $39.00/MO TO GO ON THEM TO TRY TO TRACK DOWN THIS PERSON WHO WANTS TO MEET YOU BUT YOU HAVE TO GO THRU THIS WEB SITE FIRST. THEN EVERYONE THERE CANT MAKE UP THEIR MIND WHY THEIR THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY GOING TO AMATUER MATCH YOU WOULD DO BETTER TO SCORE YOUR IDEAL MATE AT A GROCERY STORE EXPECIALLY IF THERES THAT MANY PEOPLE OUT THERE LOOKING .
