PayDay Loans
I got a call to cell phone yesterday, and when I called back, they tried to tell me that I took a $1300.00 loan back in December 2006 into an account that I wasn't even USING at the time. They had me for a moment because they somehow had a LOT of personal information about me. They threatened to have me arrested within the next 24-48 hours. The more I talked with my family, the more I realized that I REALLY hadn't borrowed anything from them, and Lord knows, since when would ANY PayDay Loan agency leet you borrow that much. I will be reporting them to AG's office today. and they won't be getting a DIME from me.

Arrow head loan are a scam.Last year i recieved a calling stating i qualified for a $5, 000 loan.Overjoyed like most people would be.So talking to rep she told me i had pay $1, 000 this was the interest up front.I had to put the money on a green dot card sold at Wal-Mart .Not thinking i did it.After a couples days i got suspicious and decided to call and see where my money was.Evette the agent said they was in meeting because a flag had popped up on my account. My husband stated that was fishy.I told him it was legit. They sent me paper work via fax.then it me.I don't remember applying on line for this company.I did research and lo and behold ...no info what so ever on them online.I called them back and i now reached a non w working number.I was heated. Never pay money to get money.
ok now. you need to stand up and roar back. if you don't already know this is an indian scam, it's the latest version of the nigerian scams. ok google these scams. if you made an enquiry for a payday loan or if you had such a loan they have your info. IDK how they get it.
They proceed to call and harass, sheriff is coming to arrest you etc. it's laughable cos this dudes are in india. you need to to tell him how is india today and speak with an indian accent. they will keep bothering you until you do something dramatic and they realize you are no pushover. do what i did if you want to get rid of them. get a sports air horn and blow it in the phone. he will never call you again and he will think twice about calling somebody else in the usa. do it for us all.
payday loan debt
i recieved several nasty voicemails from a man with a very strong indian accent that i could barely understand what he was saying. i only understood my name, that i needed an attorney and i had to call this Ph#[protected] to ressolve this matter or my case would be sent to investigations and i would be prosecuted. this company has called me from several fake phone numbers of which always turn out to be dis-connected. so i finally get thru to someone and what do you know i spoke to 3 indian-accented men who all sounded like the same person and all conviently had american names like: john smith, tom hanks, etc. it seemed kinda funny to me that they were using celebrity names! well anyway they threatened me saying i would be arrested tommorrow morning they had all of my personal information and claimed i owed them $6, 000.00 for some pay day loan which i never recieved. i did inquire about getting a loan back in 2007 but i cancelled the request and didn't ever recieve any money from them. i am thinking if they had all of my info why were they contacting me now? the debt is not on any of my credit reports but their debt collection agency has made an inquiry on it. (i'm guessing they are just getting whatever info on me they can) they threatened to arrest my family members, that i would lose my job and someone was coming for me if i didn't ressolve the debt. they would not be straight forward with me and give me any information (and not to mention i could hardly understand what any of them were saying) so after crying and them verbally abusing me he hung up on me and told me i would be arrested and that was that. i contacted my police department where suprise suprise there are no warrants for my arrest. THIS IS A HOAX stay away from this company and ANY payday loans online i would never reccommend ANYONE try it ever...no matter how desperate you are. there are several other horror stories from people just like me at several websites like: consumeraffairs.com and this arrowhead investment company (who operates under different names) received an "F" rating at the BBB.org site. PEOPLE BEWARE DONT FALL VICTIM THESE ARE COLD HEARTLESS PEOPLE

DO NOT BORROW ANY MONEY FROM THESE PEOPLE! I borrowed 500.00 they were taking 150.00 out of my account every two weeks they have already taken 750.00 from my account, I thought I had it paid in full when I called [protected] and spoke to some girl who was very rude I asked her if my loan was now paid in full and she told me NO that they were just taking out the fee and extending the loan each time, I told her I want this paid off in full! So in other words a 500.00 loan with this company costed me 1250.00! Does anyone know who I contact and complain about this company for their illegal activity? There has to be something done about this.
I received a phone call just yesterday from a man named David Warner, who had a strong Indian accent, stating that I owed over $1, 000 for a payday loan/ I have tried to call them twice and keep getting a message stating they are all on the phone right now. I am not going to call them back again. I did reply to a email I received with an authorization for payment form attached and ask to be notified of the company I will be paying the loan off for and have not yet received an answer.
Hopefully I will stop getting these harassing phone calls.
I recieved a letter in the mail about a debt which didnt specify what company just a name, Josh Wilson. So when i called the company the girl was very rude n the same person answered the phone which was sorta wierd for a collection agency. Normally you dont get the same person twice. Well, they threatened that this would go to my credit and they supposedly have my SS#. I have never heard of this company before and they couldnt even give me a number for this company only an address. When i googled the company name I realized this has got to be a scam, but i really dont know if this is legit. Hopefully not.
They are bothering me right now! Same exact senario! I have a 407 area code! I am going to call my bank ASAP!
Funny how the phone number you have is an Anaheim, CA phone number. These people amaze me! The number I had was [protected], which is a Florida cell phone #.
Sorry they caused you such grief - I am right there with ya.
