Atlantic Express Corporation About the package my boyfriend sent to me

I received an email this morning from Atlantic Express Delivery that a package addressed to me was placed on hold by the Philippine Authority due to the fact that currency, cash or money were included in the package. I was mandated to pay a sum of 10,497.00 pesos for the clearance within one hour, if failure to settle the said amount, the package will be confiscated and seized. I emailed the Philippine Customs authority and I was advised not to pay any amount of money, due to the fact that they do not accept any form of payment. Upon verification also, the package doesn't exist. I emailed the courier and said the reply I got from the Customs, I also asked for the payment details, tracking number, weight and the sender's name. But they still insists for me to pay the said amount.

Desired outcome: To kindly deliver the package.

Atlantic Express Corporation Boxes shipped to EU

tracking 625396, 625392

I've emailed your customer service agents with no response.

We waited nearly 5 months to receive our boxes, when your website claims 4 up to 8 weeks.

Gave the boxes to your representative in Las Vegas Oct 11th and 13th 2021 and received my boxes March 9th 2022

Desired outcome: I was told from one of your agents I can receive compensation.

Atlantic Express Corporation Parcel tracking status freeze not moving.

This is the Tracking number: 98410283701. I have contacted the courier customer service one person said parcel not receive but tracking status clearly show parcel shipped and second customer service said will process 2days ago but no updates till now.I already sent email as well and checked with sender and he do his best to report but no action taken till now. I want my parcel to ship ASAP. Thank you.

Atlantic Express Corporation Real scammer

I am frm Singapore & it hppned the same thing. Scammer contacted my 50 y/o mum via Facebook addressing himself as Abdullah Kareem, Malaysian citizen, staying in Paris & he's looking for a wife. Knwing for a few days, scammer show his "love" affection by sending parcel with branded bags/shoes/bags with an invoice stated a total balance of SGD2500 tht we had to pay. 1st, noticing there isn't any TRACKING NUMBER, it's obviously FAKE. 2nd, we googled the address frm the sender, it's a PASTRY SHOP! Haha! 3rd, serial number (barcode) and signature on the invoice is the same as wht you can find in google.
So technically we ask scammer the details of the parcel, 1. Tracking no. 2. Confirmation details/email of the items 3. Details to whom we have to pay?
Not only he can't provide us the tracking number but we received a local call saying they will email the details of ‘payment mode, ' an acct details to transfer to;
ACCOUNTNAME: HASNAH BINTE MAYUNI...
ACCOUNT NUMBER: [protected]..
BANK NAME: OCBC BANK...
CASH DEPOSIT ONLY
After receiving much details of them being a scammer, we proceed with our police report. Note to all, don't trust ONLINE strangers

Atlantic Express Corporation About a package

Dear Sir-Maam,
I have to complained something. i have a friend thru internet or social networking site who told me that he will send me a package contain of personal thing. i'm afraid it's some kind of a scam he called me early this morning around 8:00 a.m that the shipment will arrived today 09/09/2014 .. as i waited i print out the paper or a proof that he send me the a package which is 1 Trunk Box which is illustrated on the file. you can see the proof that i attached i hope you will give a feedback as soon as you read this ! i need to know it soon if it is true .. the name of the sender is Roger Philipe . then a while ago a pilipino netizen called me that the package arrived here in philippines but it can't be released if i wont pay a charge of 19 thousand peso. i'm not a rich person i cannot pay as big like that. im a government employee i worked as a reserved army but i dont have any salary ! and the one thing that makes me thinking why did the caller of this atlantic express and cargo from philippines knows what is inside the package ! please reply me !

I'm an unhappy customer :(
This is Florentina Pavloschi, I really like to inform you about the late package's delivery in Romania (Track ID # 617574 and 617575 ) 1st package was receive after 25 days, and 2nd after 35 days . I choose airplane (and I pay $2, 99 /pound ) total with insurance included, I pay $265.00 (a lots of money - and I expect to be delivery in time frame 7 to 12 days …like you have on the internet …contractual terms …).
please check this …what your company have in internet about your service "Most shipping services for parcels from the United States to Romania take approximately 7 to 12 business days to arrive at their destination "
I try to spoke with customer service, and send to them a lot of information Emails ...the only resolution coming back its ($30 -for future shipment in Romania, and $59.70 for the 2nd package ).
If you doing the math you will see how much money I loose ( total pay by me $265.00 - $59.70 = short $200.00 ….I'm not really interested for the $30 future shipment...because I'm not shore if ever I choosing you for delivery anymore..
I send also Emails regarding my complain to the CEO of your company (Gintaras and Tadas ), they don't replay to me...look like the money for customers its good only when its take ...no for resolve the issue.
This is the email which I send to yours CEO..
" Dear CEO,
This is Florentina Pavloschi, I'm writing to you to express my strong dissatisfaction for a very late 2packeges delivery (USA to Romania).
When I pay for delivery I choose Airplane mode (CEC nr # 9367 Chase Bank total $ 265 included delivery and insurance ). Also, I read on the internet and I was informed by the dispatcher, the delivery should take no more than 7-12 days .
These kinds of goods included in the package were promised within a week or maximum 12 days (for my parents' anniversary) and we were already put to considerable inconvenience with the long delay, it was too late...
- 1st package tracking ID # 617574 (was receive after 23 days)
-2nd package tracking ID # 617575 (was receive after 35 days)
For a -1st package ( 617574 ) - Ms. Katryna Karpovaitė customer service AEC offered me credit for $30 (for future shipments to Romania ).
- and for 2nd package (617575 ) -Ms. Oleksandra Shpak want to refund me $59.70.
I have been a regular client of your business, but now I am completely disappointed . Please, address my issue with immediate attention (I expect a full compensation and look forward to your replies within the shortest time ).

Tengo un amigo que dice haberme enviado un paquete el día 17/12/2020 luego me llega un correo donde dice que el paquete ya salio y que llegaba en 2 días pero da la sorpresa que tengo que hacer un pago de 620 dólares estadounidense para que el paquete pueda llegar a casa también me enviaron una factura.. pues me gustaría que me ayuden para saber si es verdad o mentiras todo esto ya que como no he hecho el pago no he recibido ni paquete y tampoco me han enviado correos de la empresa
Mi amigo si me sigue escribiendo haciéndome preguntas sobre el paquete si llego o no a casa yavque dice haber metido álbumes de fotos familiares y documentos personales...

I would like to inform you that I have friend from USA (Houston) in social networking who chat me that he will send package to me, abd send me (as he said) on 03-17-2018. So, this morning, i got a call and the parcel is arriving India and it is in Custom office of Indira Gandhi International Airport. And to get that parcel he said that I need to pay Rs 35000. Why too much of charging?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have friend in social networking who chat me that he will send package to me. Last Oct. 1, 2014 somebody call me named Daisy A. Manalastas who claimed that she is an employee of Atlantic Express and Cargo in Subic, Pampanga. She told me that I have package but I need to pay Php 30, 000.00 for custom fee. She said that payment shoukld be deposited in Banco de Oro. She text me the account, but one thing I notice that it was her personal account number. I text her why I need to deposit the amount to her personal account number which supposed to be in name of the company she working. But she text payment was not made for the company but the payment is for "custom clearance. I ask her middle name and what branch the depository located but no reply happen since then. I just want to know if you have that kind of transaction process in your company?
