A packet of benson and hedges cigarettes
Bought a packet of cigarettes on way to work opened them up and they are damaged.

Baught a 20 pack today only to find some with the filters bent over cigarette dear enough. We are paying over 13 euros for a pack off 20 not good when some are broken

I too am experiencing the same problem.
I purchased a five pack of 100 Benson & Hedges Gold recently and over half of each 20 pack the filters come off when removing them from the packet, can you tell me why please?
I have been smoking Benson & Hedges Gold for far to many years, however never have I purchased packs that the filter comes out in your fingers without the rest of the cigarette which stays in the packet. I purchase these as I find them a smoother cigarette to smoke, however very expensive though the quality is complacent and not to your usual standard of production.
I have so far dropped one lit cigarette on my foot and burnt it, this was caused by the filter remaining in my fingers and the rest of the cigarette falling out of the filter. I also had to flick off another as it also fell out of the filter when lit and landed on my cats back…. Yes sounds funny, however it is dangerous and this 100 pack purchased from your retailer Tesco’s is not fit for purpose. You are the company that makes the cigarettes, why are they now made so dangerously and not fit for purpose, due to waste of the cigarette once it falls out of the filter and won’t fit back properly when you try to fit the cigarette back into the filter?
I would appreciate an explanation please to why you are now charging so much per packet and why the filters are not attached to the entire cigarette as they are suppose to be?

Damaged filters on benson & hedges blue
I have bought numerous of packets of Benson & Hedges Blue and when I open it, there are one ore more cigarettes with broken filters in them. I usually buy cartons at a time. This is unacceptable.. I buy my cigarettes at my local Spar in Brackendown, Alberton. I notice that it is only this specific brand. I suggest they take a closer look as this problem as people will stop buying this brand. I for one am considering to change brands. Although I prefer a cigarette with a white filter. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

Next blue regular cigarettes
I have been smoking next blue for 5 years. Never have had a problem till now. The last 2 packs I have bought with in the first 3 smoke I have pulled out of the pack have a smoke from both packs with a split right down the smoke from the middle to the filter an I haven't sat on or put anything on the pack to cause this. It's a little upsetting with the price of the smokes now a days I expect quality cigarettes

I am fed up of buying Benson silver and dreading opening them they either smell of taste cheap and disgusting I was actually sick with one packet. I have wrote to Benson and hedges and have sent packets to them which I knew they was going to say was ok ever since they changed the packaging they taste horrendous they do not even taste like cigarettes it is worrying just what are in these my local supermarkets have said they are getting people complaining about Benson and hedges a lot now saying they are nearly sick with the smell. When I buy them I am going to different shops to get the the pictures on the front which I know taste ok and the ones what do not. Tesco express told me I am the fourth person to be doing this . My throat is realy dry with them and do boke at times with them Benson's know they have changed there cigarettes to this disgusting taste but will not admit it and sell them really expensive.
I smoke Benson silver and I have bought so many packets now what smell and taste disgusting I have boked with some packets since they have changed the packaging they have made them cheaper i the amount of cigs I have thrown away because I can not stand the smell and taste it is worrying what are in these cigerettes I have wrote to Benson and hedges which denied there was nothing wrong with them they know there is and three shops in my area now are saying customers are complaint about there cigarettes like me I dread opening them Benson's are conning there customers and they need to go back to how cigarettes use to taste because they are lying and these cigarettes at expensive to be thrown away everyday I hope they start making there cigarettes how they use to taste before cheapley conning us.
