Overall, my opinion is that this is not good. I give a thumbs down. I am not sure what types of people go to this place, however, a man named [edited] from [edited], I feel was promoting the sin of adultery by soliciting a female that he knew to be engaged in a relationship. It is known that he asked her if he should "shave or bring protection. For this reason, I give a big 0 thumbs down for my opinion.

It's official people my apt in building 1343 has recurring bed bugs notified both Bill @Yale Management and slumlord Jonathan dromy/505 investment Co llc, almost a week and they could not get an appointment from Dewey Pest to come out and do a treatment. Bed bugs are disgusting, GROSS! Bed bugs Slumlord! I even told them to go with another Pest Control Company but NO. They don't care if tenants get bitten or the disabled tenants & pets get sicker! 1 page is from Bill Mgr notice to enter, the other page is from Dewey inspector but no appointment date!

Aka dromy international investment corporation/Bed Bugs Slumlord Ely, Jonathan & Daniel Dromy buildings had bed bugs in 2015 & 2016. Now building 1343 has bed bugs, texted lame mgr Bill @ Yale management services to get an appointment with Dewey Pest, he is MIA lol, unprofessional Bill will be next in line that slumlord will fired, he fired 3 including his son liar Jonathan. slumlord never gave me a schedule date for treatment with Dewey. Dewey tech Mr Munoz said as soon as liar Jonathan signs the paper work the sooner the date. It's been more than a week now. Slumlord intentionally inflicting emotional distress and pain to tenants including disabled seniors and pets. This is a criminal act. So people who lives in any of their buildings report them to LA Public Health Dept !

Aka Dromy international investment corporation, slumlord Eli, Jonathan & Daniel Dromy 6/2015 sent out this Bogus letter Condo Conversion /Ellis act to all tenants and Liar Jonathan lied to me and said "No one has to move, only for paperwork". To this day slumlord still renting out apts and did not disclose to new tenants about the Condo Conversion. People know your rights, post your story about slumlord in their buildings.

We recently moved into the property, which was leased by [edited] they sent the letter couple of months later and it was written that we needed to move out from the property. We asked other tenants and it turned out that they all got such letters. It was scam and we didn’t need to move out, but the management of this company suddenly increased the price for the properties. They acted illegally and it wasn’t good at all.
