personal loan application
I applied for a personal loan on 06-06-2016 for the amount of R40 000.00. I completed the necessary application form, sent the relevant documents they required, back to them. The agents I dealt with was Mrs Jane Anderson, Mr David Edward and Mrs Ann Coleman.My big problem is that I paid an amount of R 107 750.00 in fees for administration fees, attorney's fees, cancelation fees, and I don't know for what else But never received the loan.At this moment, I deal with Mr David now just to get my money back which I paid. He on his side informed me that I have to pay another R 3000.00 for the money to be paid out to me, I explained to him that I am unemployed as a result that i lost my job due to their negligence of the loan not paid out to me. I made payments in the past for cancellation but never received my money back up till now. I shall be very pleased if you can assist me in this financial situation of mine. I really want my money back. I still have all the documents as well as the deposit slips of all the money i paid into different accounts which the agents asked me to do. Blue Financial Services was Credit - U and before that they were Kagisano. Evidently changing their name doesnt mean that their errors have changed! I have had a mountain of issues with them when they were still Credit-U. They kept deducting my payments off twice! then it took days to get the money back and in the meantime i had debit orders that would...
