Membership
We purchased a membership in May 2022. In May 2023, we met to discuss upgrades. We kept saying no to their upgrade offers until the salesman, Marco, made us another offer. He offered that we would give back our 2 weeks for 2024 and 2025 then we would owe nothing after that. Our monthly payment went up but we were fine with that because it was only 2 years. As it turns out, he did not have Adam Clapp put those given back weeks in our contract and now we owe for 84 months. I have been going back and forth with Adam and he doesn't care that his sales person used deceptive sales practices to get us to purchase an upgrade. This is Cabo Villas/Corazon Cabo in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. I have 40 something other membership owners that are having various issues as well.
Desired outcome: At this point, I want my contract canceled because they are untrustworthy.
Cancellation rights denied
I feel I´m being ignored by this company since the day I signed my timeshare contract. I signed this contract on June 16th, later on that day i decided to cancel, after thinking about it I made my mind that is was not a wise investment at this time. The next day i tried to call to the Sales and Contract dept. and left a voice message to request assistance...
