We purchased the accept and yes it has a few bugs. Like the admin button being on the front page and anybody signing up could access the admin controls. We modified the script and improved the basic functions. Moved and locked the admin control panel fixed and repaired several small bugs. Added an option for members to delete their acct. Which it does not offer in basic form. Now that we have that stuff fixed it actually runs pretty good. Customer support was okay but there was confusion over who was talking to who and answering emails. Generally they were pretty fast to respond. We did pay for the install but after we fixed everything we were reimbursed pretty fast for that. Instillation instructions and how to navigate the admin panel were non existent. We heavily modified the outdated script and rebuilt it. It isn't that bad for the price but you better know what your doing if you purchase it and try to install the version you purchase. We have since developed our own script and now running or version.

This page is worthless, all I see is what looks to be competitors of Camscripts bashing them and people who have purchased the script seem to be saying it's not all that bad. I simply can't believe the comment about EVERY feature didn't work, that sounds fake, but the most fake of all is the comment about calling the girl a ###, that is just too far fetched to even attempt to believe. See, this is not what sites like this are for, it's meant for legitimate reviews which ANYBODY can see on this page lies several fake comments. So how am I supposed to make a decision on buying a copy of this? All you ###s have accomplished is to waste a page about a company and not any of it looks real other than a few. How stupid. This was really helpful, thanks. NOT!

For us this is a gain, not a loss, obviously you are a stupid ### and there is nothing worse than a stupid customer. So it's well worth the $269 loss to not have to listen to your idiocy. I intend to get a pay per view website and i come across camscripts.com, and i ask some question and the seller respond it very fast. Than i commit to buy the scripts. Than i get freelancer to set up for me, the web developer told me there is a lot of bug, he take quiet a
long time to fix it and set up . After that I notice the webcam also not working, sign up member also not working, model sign up also the same. Member take model to private also no functioning. Count time also the same, everything is damage . This scripts i spend more than $300 still until today cant launch yet. The amount not including $269 buy the software. Before I buy this scripts I ask the seller why so many people complaint about your site. He said they are not my customer, they are my competitor. Now I believe they are all the victim of this seller. Please beware if any new buyer that have intention to purchase this old outdate scripts and damage.

OK, I purchased the camscript, it is what it is, a low cost script but it works, you need to some php and how to get severs to work with it. You will need a virtual and flash sever and know how to set those up, they don't have the best customer/technical help. But like I said it is a low cost option. Some of the reviews I read on the costly ones were not all that good either. As a little guy breaking into the big world of web camming, you need to be smart with your money. Don't you wad on a program that does not work. This one could be better. But it will do for now until I get a btter understanding on how the make it better.

So, just know the facts about what you are getting.

I'd have to say after being ripped off by a couple script companies in the past that I was not really wanting to spend the money for camscripts, I did notice that one of the main designers was also a designer on the PPV chat 1.5 project and took old code from the copyrighted camscripts 1.0 version which nobody would remember because they have not sold it for years, basically PPV Chat stole old code from camscripts company back years ago but anyway, I have to say that I was treated great at camscripts and that is what got me to purchase the script about two months ago (I purchased because the torrent I downloaded to test was actually put on the net by camscripts with viruses and call back crap in it, sneaky guys) My rep was very cool, he did have to send me the missing FLA files which took another day to get but all is said and done and my copy runs great so I can't really complain at all. The person on here bashing camscripts said they never even made a purchase, how do you bash a company if you have not even purchased a product from them? How stupid is this person? Must be a competitor of camscripts. I have not noticed any hit or miss on their support myself but then again I never really needed any help with their product besides for some FLA files that do not come with the package and they sent me those so I'd have to say on a scale of 1 to 10 my experience was a 9, just because I had to wait til the next day to get my other FLA files.

I agree that the scripts do not work well. What this program is, is a copy of the PayPerView Chat 1.5 which has had some cosmetic updates and some functional updates. The base script though is PayPerView chat - if you look at the php code you can see the exact same errors in the code as PayPerViewChat 1.5. That being said, the look of the chat was copied from Live Jasmine and it does work better than PayPerView Chat 1.5 which never worked at all. There are some new features like integration with ccBill and PayPal which are a little buggy but you can make it work. .fla files are included for most but not all the flash. Support is hit or miss. I have worked on this script off and on for over a year and again, if you know how to code, you can make this script work and it is very servicable. I never got the free updates (it has been updated once since I purchased it) and support is very hit or miss - they did send me some fla files I asked for and I was able to update some of the flash product so that it now works and corrected the Romanian English
