Illegal price adjusting
Earlier today I saw a bookshelf listed by caring transitions for a sale in Amherst tomorrow (see the screen shots below). She listed the item for 100.00 and also messaged me with the price. Then took the item down and messaged everyone about a “price adjustment” due to interest in the item.
This is a company running estate sales- I don’t believe it’s legal to do something like this. She is the owner of the company btw. This is NOT OK. She blocked me as if that would keep me from reporting her. I have reported her to facebook and will take it as far as possible so she can’t take advantage of other people.
Desired outcome: I want the item for the amount she listed it for. Or I want her penalized for bait and switch.
Customer service, unauthorized billing to show an unpaid invoice to lock up my account
On 8/21/2023 I purchased 3 items, Paid the invoice amount and planned to pick up the items Thursday August 24th. This company is real nightmare. I have bought gold from Caring Transitions. It was an auction and I have paid for the order with my card. They sent me completely different order; therefore I called them back and told to pay my money back. But the company hung up on me and stopped to communicate with me. Stay as far as possible from this company, because their products and deals are fake and completely unfair.
