I've just completed a Diamond Art Clock, or at least I would have done had I had the right amount of beads to do it. I'm vert short of colour YQ03 for the Art DZ507. I had purchased 4 items May 6, 2020 paid thru pay pal transaction 332L67725J6675523X, I have tried to contact, my next step is to go thru Pay pal to have them retrieve my money back

I ordered these paintings back on March 26, 2002 and I haven't received the project yet. The fee was taken out of my PAYPAL account, and yet, no word on when I will receive the paintings. The TRANSACTION ID # 0NH08278CT289530C and the INVOICE ID #C12470980051082.1. I would like to know when I receive these as they are planning on being Christmas presents. if I don't hear from you, I will be notifying PAYPAL. Deborah Heim
diamond dots painting
This diamond dot painting was ordered Jan.7th . I had ordered 2 1 was a cat face the other was a farm scene with an old Ford truck & a Massy Harris tractor . I received the cat picture and never received the farm sceen which I really wanted the most. I paid with MC. and they both came on that month's statement. Hope you can help get the farm sceen for me. I believe it was $11, 92.

I ordered on December 25 and I have not received them nor have gotten any communication.
When will I receive my order, or a refund of my money?
I ordered several paintings and expected them to be here within a month.
Today is day 7 weeks or 49 days. I will contact Paypal soon if I do not hear from you soon.
