Hello my name is tracy i applied for a loan over a week ago and when i returned my terms and conditions with my signiture on they said it would take 3 to 4 dayswhen i get a call on my mobile.How ever they recieved my terms and conditions on the 2nd of october and still havent heard a single thing, now im really pissed off because im the one who keeps calling city financial and your lot keep fobbing me off telling me i should have had it bla bla bla and they you would phone me back that itself is aload of crap now let me tell you, you have MY fee money and I WANT it putting BACK into MY ACCOUNT ASAP IF YOU DO NOT put it BACK into MY ACCOUNT you will hear from MY solicitor

I said this fee after trying to raise a loan of £2000 to help my son whose marriage had just broken down and if needed somewhere to live. I was told by City Financial that they had a loan approved for me. I paid the fee which was taken out of my bank account but was then told I would have to sign the terms and conditions which would be in the post, which I thought was for vie loan, but was in fact for the fee. This form never turned up until I had sinned them four times. I eventually received them and sent them back registered post. On ringing them I was told that a lender would be in place by the end of the week. No loan has been forthcoming and I am still out of pocket. These companies should not be allowed to scam people like this. It's fraud to take money umees false pretences

I made a payment to this company with the promise of being found a loan that would suit me & at any time if I no longer required their services I would be refunded my payment as long as I made the claim in 3 months, 3 days after I made the payment I was receiving calls from a company in India referred to me by city financial requesting an upfront fee of 110 pounds made out to a Reeta Reeta in a travel check sent to them by a travel agent & to tell the travel agent I was making the payment to a friend! I have called city financial 12 times! left 10 messages & sent 7 emails and they have yet to contact me... I am livid at this stage & am considering legal proceedings as I am sure if I owed them £70 they would do the same..

this phone belongs to me, i bought it with my own money it does not belong to city so i would like to send them a bill at a high interest rate for using it i dont borrow their car why should they borrow my phone, if they want call me send me a phone and i will plug it into verizons line for them to use the more they call on their computer hook up they will have to wait for their payment, the same as i have to wait for a phone from them or payment from them for using my phone

I've taken a Personal Loan from CF in 2005 from Citifinancial Trivandrum Office. Last year, I got a surprise mailer at my Trivandrum address threatening that I have defaulted more than three monthly payments, and City Financial is going to take immediate action(from Gangadhar, New Delhi, Legal Advisor). When I contacted the Trivandrum office, they said that they will check. Annoyed, I thought oof pre-closing the loan. I went to a near by CF office(Sastri Nagar, Adyar, Chennai), they tod me that a repayment History/statement can be had for Rs 520/-. He also said that there is no option of pre-closing the loan. The Executive was very busy with his Cell phone, He hardly showed any interest with the customer.

The City Financial have very disturbing and sucking regulations towards the customers who take loans. When a customer asks for a statement, they charge him 520/- rupees. They never allow him to transfer the repayment option(as learned from Adyar Office). When I asked the Executive, I learned that there is no chance of pre-closing the loan either.

I've been repaying it without any defaults, as the cheques were getting cleared from My Home SBI branch account at Tvm. Now that I have relocated to Chennai, I have to transfer the amount to make sure that the cheques never bounce. Usually, the repayment from my account happens every 6th of the month. Due to travelling, I couldn't put money on 4th June. Today(5th June), I got a call from the City Financial (Chennai Tel # : 044 [protected]), that they cant me sure whether the cheque will get cleared or not, so I will be bound to pay a bouncing penalty of 450/-(The loan repayment per month is only 1570/- per month). Every other banks/Financial bodies, give an option of a second cheque presentation.

Why does City Financial suck customers like this? I am posting this, because, no one will ever fall prey to this Institution's arrogant business strategies.
